Set amidst lush, garden landscape and just steps from the resort's tropical pool and poolside lounging area, it can be your base for all the activities Kauai has to offer, or you can spend your days relaxing, meditating or heading out for all-day adventures. This is a beautiful one story condo is great for those who can't do stairs.
The master bedroom is your own relaxing oasis with a California King bed, large TV with cable and an en-suite bath with separate shower and soaking tub.
The second bedroom is also exquisitely appointed with a queen bed along with another large smart TV.
The gourmet kitchen features granite counters, eating bar, and all new appliances including a full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and coffee grinder, top of the line dinnerware and glassware. There is also a lanai off of the dining room that makes you feel like your condo is the only one around.
While central air-conditioning is available, it is not necessary since you will be naturally touched by ample refreshing trade winds when opening the windows and sliders. The ceiling fans throughout the house usually eliminate the need for A/C when you combine them with the daily tropical breeze. The use of ceiling fans instead of central air-conditioning has become more common and popular throughout Kauai, and energy conservation is truly appreciated by everyone.
There is a two-car garage and an in-unit washer and dryer. All furnishings and decor are of the highest quality. We've also included 2 cruiser bicycles and some beach gear for you to use on your adventures that includes beach chairs and umbrella, a cooler, boogie boards and some snorkel gear!
Within walking distance is a world-class golf course, beautiful tennis courts and some of the most romantic beaches: Anini beach, Secret beach, Hanalei bay, hideaway's Beach and Queen's Bath (a unique ancient Hawaiian retreat on the North Shore). Within a minutes' drive, you have access to over 23 North Shore beaches, and coves tucked into Princeville's cliffs, you can also enjoy the breathtaking views of Hanalei Bay and Bali Hai.
Quaint Hanalei Town – bordering awesome Hanalei Bay – is a short 10-minute drive away, offering shopping and a variety of eateries, from small, home-town cafes to elegant dining. The Kilauea Point Lighthouse, built in 1913 was a navigational aid for commercial shipping between Hawai'i and the Orient, stands as a monument to Hawaii's colorful past.
Princeville is a golfer's paradise, featuring 18 holes of world-class golfing at the Makai Golf Course- which has consistently been ranked among the best in the country.

Amazing condo! Spacious, with so many additional amenities making our visit extremely comfortable! If you are looking to rent this unit do not hesitate. Lots of space, tons of beach items and the bikes were a nice touch. Close to the pool, which was also very nice.

Wow! So happy we chose to stay here, what a beautiful week. The condo is five stars in every way. Beautiful design, clean, very well appointed/ stocked. Furnishings comfortable. Fans throughout and air-conditioning if needed keep it at a nice and comfortable temperature. plenty of beach equipment, beautiful grounds. Enjoy sitting on the lanai, (which is huge) eating our breakfast dinner drinking our coffee looking at the lush garden landscape. Fun to lie on the couch and watch the rain at night. We were lucky with very good weather. The host is so easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. We did not need to contact them except to request a late check out. Washer and dryer makes even more convenient. Beds are comfortable. Very close to nearby beaches snorkeling great restaurants all within 10 minutes or closer. Don’t want to leave and we’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you, thank you thank you!
The Resort complex was beautiful and we loved every minute of staying there. It was clean and neat and quickly became our home away from home. Unfortunately initially entering the condo was a challenge as the Door Code information was inaccurate. We had to place a call immediately in order to figure out how to enter! Fortunately Kory picked up!
This home was very nice. Great decor, comfy furniture and beds and great lanai. We were surprised at how much was stocked for our use…towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and more. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!
We had a wonderful stay. The condo was spotless, spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and all the beach gear we needed. We enjoyed riding the bikes around the neighborhood and getting coffee at the food trucks parked across the condo complex. Conveniently located within a short drive to several beautiful beaches and the town of Hanalei. The host was very responsive. I highly recommend this condo.
Condo was in excellent condition when we checked in. Very nicely appointed with all modern conveniences. Located very close to pool/jacuzzi. Made the north shore of Kauai very accessible for various outdoor activities. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay here and would definitely come back. The condo had everything, the kitchen was fully stocked! Actually one of my complaints is that there was no where to store our groceries as every cupboard was full. Our only other complaint was that when we got in, it was dark and it was a little tricky to find the front door. The master bedroom was very large and the closet was huge. The lanai was great, we loved sitting out there every morning. The pool and hot tub were also great. We can't wait to come back.
Loved everything about this condo. Everything was so clean and beautiful. All the necessities we needed to borrow at hand. Best part it was a quick drive to best beaches. We would definitely stay at Nihilani condos again!! 🙌
My son and I went on a guys trip only to Hawaii. My wife found us this property and it could not have been better. It was clean, plush, and had a ton of things you would not find in a VRBO and more likely to have in your own home (like a Vitamixer). We had a great time and would encourage you to check this property out.
Loved this place! It was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 kids (4,8). Attached garage was great, tons of space, kitchen had everything you'd need. Great Lanai. Pool area is awesome! Definitely a quiet place as well! The list goes on and on... Loved it!
The stay was great! We loved the accommodations. I just wish people who stay on second floors were more aware of how they walk (stomp).
We really liked this condo complex in Princeville. The grounds are very nice and the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed the bikes and snorkel gear.
