This location had everything you need! The location was great and we hope to stay there again in the future.

The property was exactly as how it was described in the ad, and the photos were also accurate. Although it was hard to get a hold of the host at the check-in process to see if we could check in a little early, after this, we were able to communicate with them very easy, and they were very responsive. They were very accommodating in letting us have a late check-out. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was so relaxing to come back to after exploring beautiful Kauai during the day. They had all the amenities to make our own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed playing cards on the deck, with gorgeous tropical plants in abundance around us. The bed was very comfortable, and we spent our evenings relaxing on the comfy furniture in the living area. A couple minute drive to Foodland grocery store was so convenient and very well used. Their extensive poke bar choices at their deli were amazing. The pool and spa area was a wonderful place to hang out too, with very nice grills that we cooked our ribeye steaks on one evening. Thanks for a truly fabulous stay, we highly recommend this place!!

Great condo. Had everything we needed for our stay plus extras (coolers, boogie boards, surf boards, ect). Property was very nice, and well maintained.

We had a great stay in Princeville at this property! Parking was convenient and was nice to have access to the pool area as well. The highlight for me was a sweet kitty would visit us nightly on the lanai. Location was super convenient to foodland down the street, Hanalei bay and a lot of other great beaches. Would definitely recommend!

This place was absolutely perfect for us. We knew prior to booking that this place had no air conditioning, but the place came with ceiling fans and plenty of portable fans that made it very comfortable. We had a great stay and loved the pool and hot tub area. The owners provided items for the beach and coolers, that was very useful and appreciated. We are hoping we can come back in a couple years and would definitely book this place again.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. It was in a very nice upscale, safe area. The furniture was very comfortable and the condo was perfect size for my husband and I. We even worked a few day and the internet was great. Robyn and her staff were outstanding. Any little thing we needed, they were right there to get it corrected. We would highly recommend it. Such a great experience for our first time in Kauai.

Great host and good communication. The Condo was great for our family. A little small for a family of four. But we were morevthan comfortable. Nice location, quiet neighborhood and great pool on site.

We adored this place in Princevalle. It was spacious, well appointed, comfortable and a few steps away from a glorious morning walk along the golf course. We had everything we needed to make us feel at home. There were plentiful fans to keep us cool. The kitchen is easy to use and has stylish dinnerware, along with everything needed to cook a full meal and clean up afterwards. The patio has a lovely view, table and chairs for eating or relaxing, and coolers, beach chairs, an umbrella and water toys. Laundry was a breeze in a full-size washer and dryer. The bed is comfortable, always a plus after an active day on the island. The shower is spacious and there is plenty of storage around the sink for those who like to unpack. I always appreciate having enough hangers in the closet for myself and my husband, and the spacious closet had plenty. We truly enjoyed our stay in this clean, updated, comfortable condo.

Everything was quite nice. There were just a few things that needed to be attended to. The coffee maker had no light showing that it was on or off and we can’t home to a burnt pot/burner second the toilet paper holder was not fastened to the wall and small things like molding around door jams were completely broken. The place was beautiful, but I think the owner may need to inspect The facility and not just take the cleaning person saying it is fine. All that said, I would definitely stay there again.

The atmosphere was excellent. We could enjoy the beautiful sunset every evening and cute nenes too.

The property was great the only downfall is there was no A/C and i really cant complain about that. Even though it was warm during the day it cooled off nicely at night. The host was great even call me to to insure I new about a tsunami warning.

Absolutely loved these place. Beautiful location with plenty to do within walking distance or a very short drive. Only problem was finding the unit once we got there, but besides that it was perfect.

Can opener was rusty and unusable, some of the basics like sugar and coffee weren’t provided although they said they would—not a dealbreaker but just not as advertised. I’m glad they provided tons of fans because the humidity made it almost unbearable. Some of the fixtures need updating, e.g., bathroom curtains almost falling apart, door frames with cracks, closet doors that don’t latch, etc. Overall very clean and comfortable but definitely needs some updating.

Condo had all the amenities we needed! The pool was great! The condo was very spacious with a wonderful kitchen! We would love to stay here again in this condo!

Very frustrating arriving at night with no idea where to park and never got parking decal and worrying all weekend about $100 ticket. No towels but three for four day stay. No communication with owner or manager once we arrived. Very frustrating

This was a great place with all of the amenities that we needed. The only thing is that there are multiple things that should be replaced. The shower curtain rod is askew, as well as the toilet paper holder. Otherwise it was clean and cooled down quite a bit in the evening 💕

We had a great stay while here! The location was great. Right next to the golf course and close to the Princeville shopping plaza and grocery. We were able to walk to Hideaway Beach down the road and the drive to Hanalei Bay was no more than 10 minutes. The place was clean and the bed was probably one of the most comfortable ones I've ever slept on! Would recommend it here.

Lovely apartment. Very nice neighbors. The apartment had everything we needed and more!

Location was great! All instructions were helpful and accurate! Huge bathroom and spacious bedroom! We had some loud neighbors during the day! With jealousies (louvre windows) you don’t always feel like you have privacy and we could hear everything they said! Not a fault of this property but bad timing!

The unit was great and significantly bigger than we expected. It contained all the amenities listed (and more) and communion with the host was easy. The only point I would suggest keeping on mind is that, although unit looks close enough to the beach on the map, it's actually either a 15min drive or ~30min dirt road hike.

Robyn has the condo stocked with a great variety of household items, beach gear, and everything you need for a great stay. Staying in Princeville was really ideal and a very nice neighborhood. Beach chairs, cooler, water shoes and snorkel gear were nice, the bed was comfortable and the smart tv was an added plus.

We had a blast. This was close to Hanalei which was beautiful. Close to the golf course and a park.

Pool and hot tub nearby were convenient. Condo was clean, is spacious, and the host communicated clearly. Easy access on the first floor and convenient parking.

The lanai floor is terrible looks dirty and gross could use some paint or tile it like a number of the others lanais in the complex. Also the chairs on the lanai are very uncomfortable there are no cushions on them even though the pictures in the listing show cushions. The outside entrance light does not work so accessing the property late at night as we did is hard to find with no lighting. In previous rentals we have been in the owners always had a book listing locations of items in the property (i.e. pool and garbage disposal) and listed things to do and restaurants in the area, beaches or other recreation facilities. Needs a really good thorough cleaning. The location was perfect and the pool area and the landscaping of the complex was fantastic.

Nice quiet condo in a well maintained community. An excellent base for exploring the north shore of Kauai.

This place was just absolutely beautiful! It was our dream home, my girlfriend and I loved staying here. It made our 1 year anniversary extra special. It was the cheapest place out of all the islands we’ve been staying at too! And was giant! It had everything you need and was so clean and stunning. The bed was so nice, the couch also pulled out into a bed and there was a blowup mattress. Extra pillows and bedding and lots of towels. There were fans as well as beach towels. We would love to stay here again and I definitely recommend everyone to stay here if they’re in Kaua’i

Modern, clean well-equipped 1 bedroom condo in Princeville. Exactly as pictured. Robyn was very responsive. Just what we needed for our Thanksgiving in Kauai!
