A completely renovated (in 2023) ground floor unit with a lot of open grassy area and privacy. It feels like your own back yard. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath corner unit. The trade winds flow right through the home. Kitchen, bathrooms, windows and much more have all been redone. The primary Bathroom has a rainfall shower panel with 6 body jets . Enjoy relaxing on the outdoor lanai with views of the jungle and distant mountain vistas. Resort pool for everyone to enjoy. Just a 5 minute drive to the New One Hotel and the Princeville shopping center.
Princeville is such a fun place to vacation. There are award-winning golf courses and if you feel like some tennis, the Princeville Tennis facility will help you with matches, lessons or drills.
Activities nearby include: kayaking, golfing, shopping, horseback riding, fishing, boat tours, seasonal swimming, snorkeling, wind surfing and surfing.

This is a great location, I love snorkeling and it's close to some of the best places. Makua/Tunnels is a wonderful place. I took my daughter to Turtle cove, which is pretty much only accessible from this property. Our unit, and the property, was peaceful, although when a group arrived upstairs, they were loud.We didn't need to have the air conditioning on, it was nice to enjoy the breeze, and baby chickens would come visit with their chirp choir. At night you have to avoid stepping on the toads . The ocean view is a short walk out the sliding door, it's a beautiful space to wander. The kitchen had everything I needed to make meals, which helped because eating out was adding up. Foodland is a grocery store nearby that has everything. And having a washer/dryer was handy, we used the beach towels every day.This was the best trip I've had so far!

We liked the living room, overall cleanliness, and good internet connection. We disliked that there is no real door between master bedroom and attached bath room, and there had been a stronger smell in the master bedroom so we kept windows open. Besides that everything else was ok and worked perfectly.

Overall the property was nice and in a good location. My complaint is with the fact that it's on the first floor and the overhead occupants were very noisy. You could hear every step as they walked above us

The property is absolutely beautiful with incredible access to Turtle Cove right out the door! The bedrooms are very comfortable, and we wished we had gotten more days here. Great spot for an easy drive to Hanalei and to other North shore beaches on the island.
The host thought of everything. The home is beautifully decorated and clean. Every utensil you could need for making a delicious dinner or dessert is in its place in the kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, along with clean and updated bathrooms.
