Luana Kai #B-203 is an air conditioned 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a partial ocean view. It features a newly renovated kitchen, with gorgeous granite countertops, that is fully-equipped with all that you will need to prepare meals and entertain. This condo is nicely furnished, with a large king bed and a television in the master bedroom with A/C and a ceiling fan to keep you cool. There is an en suite bathroom with a shower tub combo and a large vanity/dressing area. For your convenience, there is a second bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom provides a queen bed, A/C, and a ceiling fan. A sofa bed and a SmartTV with DVD player is available in the living room. The living room provides split system A/C and a ceiling fan for your comfort. A full-sized washer and dryer is available for your convenience. The lanai is a great place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Complimentary local calling and wireless internet is also available in this unit. What is Maui without a trip to the beach? For beach days, Luana Kai #B-203 provides beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, and a beach cooler.

Luana Kai is a large oceanfront complex in Kihei. It is centrally located to shops, activities, and restaurants. It features a large oceanfront pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, and gas grills for your use. There is an expansive lawn between the buildings and the ocean where you can walk, watch the windsurfers, and enjoy magnificent sunsets.

The unit was well equipped with everything from ice chest to sewing kit. The kitchen has everything you need.The bedrooms, closets and dressers were spacious. Bathrooms were adequate in size.
There were some cleanliness issues:
The floor throughout the unit was very dirty. It appeared not to have been cleaned after the prior guests. The utensils, coffee cups, pots, pans, etc. had to be washed before we used them. They had not been properly washed prior to our arrival. The dish rag was permanently stained and should be replaced. The placemats need to be wiped clean, there was evidence of food or beverage spills that had not been cleaned.
The bed linens in the guest bedroom showed some signs neglect and wear. A pillow case was split at the seam and the dust ruffle was also coming apart at the seam, about a 20 inch tear.
Overall we enjoyed the unit and our stay. We would consider staying there again if the housekeeping improved.

We loved staying in this property. The location was perfect, the pool/hot tub/beach/grills access was so nice, the unit was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our only question was not being able to get to the office at any point because they were closed on the weekends and we were never in the unit during their open hours. However, we had everything we needed through the app and online check in process that made everything a breeze. If we return, we’ll stay there again! Mahalo!

Appreciated the two bedrooms, AC, kitchen table to sit the 4 of us. Great location! Nice landscaping, clean and pretty. Enjoyed the lanai. Spacious for a family of 4.
Soda bed not the most confortable. Overall, condo needs a little bit of love (seems to be a little bit outdated)

Luana Kai # B203
First: Luana Kai, (the property) is excellent very clean and well kept with an outstanding location. As for unit B203: The unit needs repair and updating. Use of washing machine requires stretching cord across hallway therefore presenting a safety hazard. Kitchen drawers were prone to falling off guides. Daybed mattress is unusable even by children. Toilet seat was so old it could not be made to look clean. Some nice accessory details such as bedding and pillows and wall photos did help but this unit could be made so much more attractive. Sorry for the less than stellar review but I am being honest.

The property is centrally located in Maui. Easy access to any destination and Airport. The onsite Pool, beach access and BBQ was very useful. We had a great stay!
