This is a corner upstairs villa with vaulted ceilings and extra windows with lots of light and gorgeous views. It has been recently upgraded with granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, top-of-the line appliances, new air conditioning units, top-of-the line hotel mattress, and all new Tommy Bahama style furniture. Simply the best of everything! For the comfort of our guests the unit is designated non-smoking.

This one bedroom condo is in an excellent location - close enough to walk to the Shops at Wailea, a coffee shop and the AC Marriott. It over looks the golf course and you can see the sunset from the balcony. It is fairly spacious and well equipped. The only small complaint I might have is that the carpet is a bit tired. I was driving a large SUV, the parking is tight for a big vehicle. Consider renting a smaller car or SUV.

Great property, two swimming pools, beautiful grounds. The only problem during our stay was one pool was closed for a time, and there were over 40 people at the other pool, making it impossible to bbq and eat at the pool.

The headline says upgraded. I couldn’t find anything that was upgraded. But clean and roomy. Nice view.
Slat doors and windows, I.e. sound and light goes through the door. Responsive host.
The stove is very basic with no indication of hot or cold for the burners. Would have appreciated more mugs.
We stayed in another condo the days before this one which had some spices, cooking oil and tea. But this condo only had salt. I’ve stayed in many VRBOs and I sure appreciate the condos that have a few items in the kitchen. That’s always a big plus.
Overall it was a good stay.

There is a view from the deck which is nice. Beach chairs and towels were an excellent plus. While the property is a bit dated everything was clean and working.

VRBO :Maui, a easy find . For some reason confirming the renters a bit of a grind .Also the exact address & unit and maybe a simple map could be useful! Once there it was Super Duper .

We enjoyed our stay in unit 168- very peaceful and quiet unit. Watching the golfers each morning while sipping coffee was a joy. Beautiful views all around. Bed was comfy and kitchen was stocked enough to make a couple of meals.

Great location! Access to all major attractions. Awesome Golf view!! Couches could be slightly better and clean but we enjoyed our time and highly recommend to other families.

Seamless checkin. Plenty of starter packs (dishwashing soap, shampooo, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc). There was a water break in the complex that affected us. But they fixed it within the day and the owner kept us informed all along the way. Also a great view from the balcony
