When traveling as a family of four with two older kids that can’t share a bed, options are usually slim. We were really lucky to come across this condo. Not only did both kids have their own queen sized bed, but they had their own room and bathroom and no one had to sleep on a pull out couch. Situated convenient to many of my favorite spots- Maluaka beach, Makena landing, 808 deli, ululani’s kihei, etc. this was a wonderful landing pad for our trip.
We loved the location and the ammenities this place has to offer. There was a small problem with the AC and the property managment was able to fix it quickly and efficently. We will be back
Really well equipped. Very close to the pool and across the street from the beach. Everything within a couple of blocks. Restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores. Owner answered question very quickly. Second stay at this condo and would definitely book again if we return to Maui.
Excellent accommodations close to amenities. Simple yet functional. Had everything we needed from cookware to beach gear. everything worked as required and expected. Would keep this in our list for our next trip forsure. Communication was also great.
Dated property and not very clean, but the location made up for that. Walking distance to some good restaurants and shopping.
Plenty of dishes, cutlery, Tupperware, spices, etc. Beach items were also available to borrow. Multiple BBQ grills by the pool area were available to use.
No central A/C, but each unit had a swamp cooler that kept the units cool enough.
Fortunately, we didn't have the roach and ant problem discussed in previous reviews.
Condo is out dated, cabinets were old, furniture was old & not comfortable including the beds, the worst parts were having roaches, & no they were not the tropical roaches, it was bad that they were found in freezer & fridge. Contacted the management, Michelle with AA oceanfront was helpful , she herself brought over some traps for the roaches & the big red fire ants , she attempted to get out pest control but they were to come the day before I was to check out, so I passed. No real privacy for the main bedroom. The washer got stuck & wouldn’t open the day I was to check out again Michelle was helpful and let us stay some time after our check out time.
This is our second time staying here and again it was wonderful. Plenty of room, good amenities, and a short walk to a good beach.
This property was a nice little place for our family during our visit. It’s not the most up to date but it was mostly cosmetic things that would be similar to if I was at home too. No major issues. The AC worked great and it has plenty of room for us.
This property was able to accomodate 4 adults and 2 children with no difficulty. It is in a very good location, close to the beach and to retail. However, the property was dated. It required a good paint job, a good thorough cleaning and a repair of bathroom issues (sink, shower door). Requires much better kitchenware and cookware and utensils. Was unable to lock all the sliding doors as the locks did not function correctly. Had issues with the air conditioning in the second bedroom and the main air conditioner was very loud.
We had a good stay at this condo. The owners were very responsive and receptive. We weren’t expecting an high-end resort, but the price was great- location right by the beach, and it was clean. So it was great for our family. The couch in the front room folds out which was nice also. They also had extra chairs, boogie boards and sand toys left by others, so that was really great! Would stay again.
