Oceanfront property in the heart of Paia town, surrounded by Coconut Trees with Coastline and Ocean views. The fenced in property offers great privacy and is only a few minutes walk away from Paia's Boutiques and Restaurants.
The main house offers 3 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and the attached cottage is a studio with kitchenette.
All bedrooms offer an ocean view with access to the lanai, have split AC systems, ceiling fans and smart TVs.
The living room and kitchen open to the covered deck and garden offering a comfortable outside sitting area, BBQ and lawn chairs. This home is in a small laneway, the perfect home for guests that want to enjoy a true quiet vacation in a relaxing Hawaiian atmosphere.
Parking is limited to two cars in the garage and 2 cars in front of the garage. Street parking is not available at any given time. The shoreline is rocky, there is a path leading to the ocean at the end of the road (not recommended for swimming). The next swimming beach, Paia Bay, is in walking distance through Paia town. The property is licensed with Maui County, Rental Agreement required outlining counties vacation rental rules. All adults will have to sign the agreement....

We loved everything about this beautiful property, but especially the location and the views! The ocean views were spectacular, and the lanai and swaying palms beckoned us to spend the majority of our time on the lanai. We were just a few minutes walk to the charming downtown area—making it very easy to walk for groceries, dining and nearby beaches. The orientation of the home and property created a very protected space, even when it was windy. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were simple and luxurious. The kitchen and was great and the large island allowed for multiple people to be working at once. We certainly hope to have the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home again! Mahalo for sharing it!

We loved everything about this beautiful property, but especially the location and the views! from check-in with Margit and AJ, to stunning, breathtaking (literally!) rooms and view, this home is amazing. We travelled with my 95 year old father, and family, and it could not have been more perfect. My family all said, that of the many many VRBO and other places we have stayed, (and we have honestly stayed at some pretty remarkable places, this was their favourite. Well done to all for a meticulously decorated, comfortable home. We were so grateful to have had the pleasure to stay here. We will be back (my dear father has already asked us to book for next year!!!)

The property is better than the pictures. It was exactly what the family needed to relax and reconnect. To me, the rooms were all master bedrooms with their own bathroom and lanai. We had 5 adults on the property and there was plenty of space. The property managers were so nice and helpful. We walked to Paia daily, to get groceries or go out to eat. To begin and end each day looking over the ocean still resonates in my mind. I would go back in a heartbeat.

It was a blessing we found this home for our family ranging from a 92-year old grandmother to a 16-month old infant and all the in between! Let me start by saying, this home is a hidden gem and can literally step out and walk to town!
The home is spacious, meticulously clean, open, with DREAMY views! It's perfect for grandparents to experience and explore the beauty of Maui with no steps to enter the home and one small step to enter from the garage. The cottage was perfect for my husband and I to have our own space and rest while our toddler and infant played in the main house, the backyard and front yard. You may wonder about baby equipment. We rented a high chair, crib and small futon as well as a wagon and beach toys for our toddler through Maui Vacation Equipment.
No need to even rent beach chairs, the house comes with at least 6!
As an occupational therapist and design consultant, I LOVED how this home is functionally accessible for the entire family. Not fully wheelchair accessible however, there is a roll-in (curbless) shower for those who have trouble stepping over the threshold. No grab bars or chairs to sit or prop your feet however, a shower chair can easily be rented through the above equipment company.
Terry and Margit were ALWAYS available although, we didn't even bother them much because we were having such a great time exploring and more. Check-in is more of a personable experience with the managers on site to do a walk-through.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. To begin, the owners were very communicative before we arrived, making sure we had all the details we needed.
Once we arrived, we were blown away with the location of this house. Stones throw from Paia and one of the most incredible views you could imagine with a very private feeling. The house itself was brand new, clean, and clearly very thoughtfully designed.
I can not recommend this place more, and will certainly be back with my family!
