The carpet was dirty..there was a sow drip in the bathroom sink..cud go through a lot of water A large rip in the drapes (no we did not do it),,,, no internet connection....called and they said they would get back to me the next day...they called but by then i had paid for unlimited mobile data that i will end up cancelling...asked for help at front desk and they told me that we werent one of their properties

Overall we had a great stay!Some of the things we loved most were:-gorgeous view-location was convenient and parking was easy - unit had nice ventilation and plenty of extra fans-we appreciated the extra pots and pans and mixing bowls...there were more in this unit compared to other 1bd units in Pali Maui that we stayed at. -good Wi-Fi connection (once we got the router squared away)- really friendly groundskeepers -plenty of towels in the unit - everything worked in the kitchen (we cook a lot)- outdoor grill worked great. -loved all the mirrors in the unit and the decor -liked having an end unit with only one neighbor. Things that weren’t as great:-when we were having a hard time with the Wi-Fi, it took kind of a while to get a response (1day) from the property management company. - pool was freezing!-hot tub was not working one night, but they did fix it by the next day so that was great. - there were only 3 forks in the whole kitchen. THREE! Please provide more forks, haha!-the screen door was quite hard to open/close. It often fell off the tracks. That was a bit frustrating. -would have loved to have one dishwasher pod per night of stay. -the bathtub has seen better days. :-POverall we really enjoyed our stay. Watching The whales from the balcony was a major highlight!

Paki Maui #310 is a shithole dump. Very dirty, broken down ****** little hole. Do not stay here even if there is no other choice. Very disgusting experience. Left after 1 night as place is intolerable.

Wonderful view. Quiet and private. Convenient location Unit needs upgrade. Torn curtain. Rattan furniture not perfect. Comfortable but squeeky mattress. Bathtub needs refinishing. Upon arrival needed help to set up Wi-Fi. Needed TP basic suppliesManagement was responsive to needs.
