The unit had a direct view of the ocean and Molokai’i island. Perfect view of sunset. The location is close ka’anapali resorts, The Whaler’s, and the Plantation Estates. The exterior of the unit is fairly clean. It is dated. The interior of the unit is also dated. The shower door needs to be repaired. Very roomy living area for 2 people. Great stay. Loved the ocean front lanai!!
We loved our stay at this VRBO. Bree was quick to respond and check in was seamless. The room was clean and suited our needs. The view from the lanai is STUNNING. It is an older building but the view more than makes up for that. The pool & hot tub were very nice and clean and are located right on the ocean which is a plus. Plenty of parking available and within walking distance of numerous shops and restaurants. We really hope to return and would stay here again. The only thing I was disappointed in is that there is a temporary fence up along the seawall that was unsightly and slightly obstructed the view (see photo), however I was able to get past it in the end!
fantastic location- can easily walk to restaurants, grocery store, food park, abc store, fish market, snorkel rental etc. note - there is no a/c, but that worked out fine when you get the airflow and have fans going. very comfortable even for us Houston folks. accommodations were perfect for us, nice pool, great view, grills in perfect condition. We loved it and would highly recommend this place.
Paki Maui, and especially the ocean front unit we stayed in, exceeded our expectations. The unit is clean & tidy as well as the property well kept alongaide the beautiful view with opportunity to lounge out on the grass at the beach. Communication with thw host was swift and easy. We will be back!
Feet from the beach. Two reefs about 50 yards apart cause a fantastic wave to break right out in front of the patio. Room was perfect size for a couple. Everything as advertised.
Great on the beach location. Nice resort. NO AC! Needs more than x2 towels. A few bugs in the kitchen.
Location and view are amazing! The condo is a bit run down. Shower door broken, patio furniture as well. Bathroom sink did not drain . Couch very uncomfortable. The decor was ok.Communication with the management was terrible. Would not book this unit again.

Low key and casual stay with lots to do. We didn't even need to rent a car! 102 was clean and cozy with a nice little kitchen! We will go return god willing. ALoha
It is awesome to sleep all night listening to the waves come in and looking out to see whales jumping from the patio! We loved it and will be back!
Beautiful Views of the Ocean
Needs furniture update. Lumpy uncomfortable couch, rusted rickety patio chair was wobbly. Only 1 lamp in living room and it didn't work consistently. Had to unplug it to get it to turn off, then couldn't get it to turn on once we plugged it in. Living room TV did not work consistently, No instructions on how to operate TV. Would not stay there again unless these issues were addressed. Best piece of furniture was king bed.
