The property was beautiful and the managers were extremely attentive. Kitchen was well stocked, views were beautiful, and the property amenities were lovely.

Absolutely perfect and what I needed (versus a hotel!). I could walk to the local market and there was also an ABC store. And, I had my nails done. Wish I played pickleball but I'm going to take lessons. I was with family friends for a wedding event and coincident one of the couples was also in this resort. I had a 7-day minimum for my rental which was fine as cheaper than 4 nights at another place. Turns out it was a good thing as I got hit with flight cancellation going home due to the Alaska emergency day prior. I managed to get a flight home the next day and didn't have to worry about a bed for the night. Staff very kind! Mahalo and Aloha!
It was a great stay, the apartment was very nice, with everything we need.
The condo is absolutely beautiful and with many activities to do that we enjoy.

We had stayed at Papakea before and loved it. However, the unit we just stayed in did not leave us with the privacy we loved on our last stay. The position of the balcony and the balconies from the building right next to ours hindered any privacy of sitting on our balcony. Very uncomfortable to sit and try to enjoy a meal or a drink when guests from other units stare at you and speak so loudly that we would have to retreat back indoors. Also, the cleanliness of this unit was not great. My husband and I do not wear shoes indoors. We were barefoot as we started unpacking our luggage and walking around the unit. Before we knew it the bottoms of our feet were very dirty. Our flight had been delayed so we arrived much later than expected. That is why we didn't call to have someone come and reclean the floors. We wound up on our hands and knees cleaning the floors ourselves. The bathroom countertop also seemed like it wasn't cleaned. So we had to clean that too before placing any of our items on it. The resort itself is beautiful, well-staffed, and maintained. We will definitely return there in the future.
This stay is superb! Finding it and checking in is very easy. The resort is clean and well maintained; they also have onsite activities every day of the week. Inside, we had a perfect ocean view 🤗 overlooking the garden and pool. The kitchen is super helpful and has a lot of counter space. The furniture and décor is has a nice island tone. We especially loved the great beach access and watching the sunset every night. Truly recommend 🌅
I liked the stackable washer/dryer nice and quiet. Loved that it had beach chairs, towels, cooler, couple pool noodles. If we stayed longer I missed a smart tv. But I have views of the pool and ocean where we even saw whales from far. Can’t beat that!
Relaxing and comfortable condo in the perfect location! Wonderful ocean views. Will definitely try to stay here again!
