On the first day, I contacted Parrish Collection by phone, email and text about an issue with the room. Someone did call me back and left a message. I returned the call and sent another group of text with no reply. I was really disappointed in the level of service. I was looking to upgrade and willing to pay an upcharge. The room was tired, the carpet was not clean, and their was a musty smell.

The VRBO page stated it had a kitchen. There was no spoons, cutting knife, kettle. Just a small fridge, sink and a few plates. We asked to get a kettle. 2 days later they gave us a kettle that required a stove. There was no stove. We had lots of tea bags however. Just dissapointed with the kitchen.

Were missing silverware & beach chairs when we arrived and items were dropped off by management company pretty quickly. Unit is definitely dated, as is the entire resort. Had a short walk to the beach. It was nice and not crowded. Restaurant in resort is closed, as is the bar at the pool. Disappointing.

The property has a great view and a great set-up for two people. Access to the beach from the property and an amazing pool. Located in the back of Princeville on the water in a small community. Bed was comfortable and we were very happy with our stay.
