Condo was nice but furnishing were quite dated. Condo needs a deep clean.
Pleasant, attractive condo in a location perfect for exploring the North Shore area of Kauai. We stayed for three nights, after five nights in Poipu. Beds were comfy, TV worked well, quiet complex. Would stay again and recommend to others.There were a few geckos inside the unit but that was the case 16 years ago when we stayed in Princeville as well. Some in our group loved the bonus wildlife.

We enjoyed our stay! Loved the lanais views and rhe neighborhood was perfect to walk around. The property was close to a grocery store, shaved ice, golf course, beach ans so much more.
Spacious layout, 3 very private bedrooms w private baths, well equipped kitchen, very nice pool & hot tub, big lanai/terrace, great birds, good view of sunrise. Small view of the ocean in the distance & mountains. My only misgiving & it is personal is that Plantation is more densely built than other places we have stayed in Princeville.
The condo was as advertised. Our reservation was seamless as always. The condo location was perfect for walking to the local shopping center for food and supplies, as well as walking to the beach. The owner supplied several useful items in the garage, such as an ice chest, beach chairs and an umbrella. There was extra sheets and beach towels as well. We had 5 adults and there was plenty of space. Overall I was very pleased with our 10 day stay.

The area has a nice mix of residents and renters which offers a quieter and homier experience. People are friendly. This is a great spot for families and older travelers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and accessible to plenty of activities for a family. The only constructive feedback I have is the furniture is dated and there were some dirty dishes left in the cupboards, but the property manager was responsive when we updated them. We would definitely return!
This property worked well for us, as we had 2 couples and 2 kids, so 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect! The location and the lanai were the best!!

We really enjoyed our time at the Plantation 1322! The condo was clean, and provided a high chair for our baby, beach toys, and had everything we needed. We had a party of 6 people plus our baby and it was the perfect amount of space. The location was also great with beaches within 5-10 minutes of driving and general store and food 5 minutes away. Best part, no insects. Overal great experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

If you want to getaway to somewhere quiet, get a good nights rest and wake up to roosters crowing and birds chirping in the morning, then the Plantations in Princeville is the place to stay. Hanalei Bay is minutes away and the shore and market are walking distance. The area has a great golf course at Princeville Makai (if you're willing to spend $359+ per person on a round of golf) nearby. Our stay at the property was very pleasant, complete with beach gear and advertised amenities, including a garage for our rental car. The 4-point rating is because the property is a bit outdated and needs some minor updates to the bathrooms (plumbing) and kitchen (stove). Overall, the property at the Plantations is great for a large family but seems more suitable for retirees. Young adults and Spring breakers would probably enjoy beach area hotels much more for the noise levels.

Very nice place to stay! Or was clean and well stocked! It would be nice to have locks in bedroom doors is the only thing I would recommend! Otherwise it was in a wonderful area and nice grocery store close!!
