Stayed here with family for a lovely time in Kauai! Home was fabulous, room for everyone to spread out and also come together. Comfy beds, great kitchen, everything you need! Loved it!
Beautiful condo. Clean except for one dirty toilet. Loved gift box and kitchen amenities. Towels were damp and needed to put them in dryer before using. Never met site manager to get parking passes. Kristen was very helpful.

This is our 3rd stay in Nihilani and it's difficult to publish anything but a 5-star rating. The privacy/quietness of the overall property, and nice combination of lodging's openness, are top-tier. However, each unit's contents have varied greatly. As a family traveling w/ 4 kids this time around, the boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel/mask combos, and cooler were nice, but it would have been great to have a smaller cooler option (maybe soft-sided), and prior units had ample "tupperware" and ice packs for easily bringing lunches/leftovers on our daily beach trips. Still an easy 5-star though... unit was very clean, quiet, spacious for all. Oh, the rubber stopper on the master bathroom toilet was broken so that toilet was unusable because the water just kept running.
Great house! It was perfect for our family of seven. Clean, quiet and close to the pool. Very nice neighborhood.

This bright, cheerful home was perfect for us. The pool is a block away and is lovely. The yard was fun for the kids. The dining room table fit us all. Decks on both floors meant adults could ready quietly outside. We appreciated having beach towels and boogie boards so we could go to the beaches everyday. And we were glad to have a place to park. We loved our stay at this Nihilani townhome! It was the perfect home base for our north shore explorations. Our family of four, including two teenagers, appreciated the three comfortable bedrooms and three baths. We loved sitting outside in back, which feels very private despite the townhome setting. We easily found everything we needed in the well-stocked kitchen. The single garage spot is easy to access. We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs and boogie boards, but wish it had been made clear before arrival that the surf boards pictured in the listing photos were off limits, as our sons got very excited about those. The pool and hot tub area are stunning - so close to this unit yet out of earshot - and the grills are easily accessible. All in all, it’s a wonderful, well-equipped rental in an ideal location if you’re looking to explore the spectacularly beautiful north shore of Kauai.

Condo is beautiful and very roomy, there was plenty of space for our family of 6. Plenty of amenities.
Cons - there is limited parking in this resort. Owners jeep is parked in the garage, so this made parking our big SUV very challenging, but we got it after few tries. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this condo.

Everything from the communication to the check in And check out process was absolutely amazing.
Due a family emergency, we had to reschedule several times and the property manager was extremely understanding and accommodating.
The house was amazing and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I love the fact it was so close to the pool.
Will definitely stay here again alone next visit.

We were thoroughly impressed with our stay. The unit was clean, well-appointed, and spacious, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, and the beds were comfy making it feel like a home away from home. This unit is near the entrance and the pool making for easy access. We encountered a minor inconvenience with parking, as guest parking is limited to 6 hours or less, which posed a challenge for our second car. Despite this, the overall experience was great, and we would certainly consider staying here again.

This vacation rental was exactly what we were hoping for and more! You can tell it is well maintained and cared for the minute you step inside. The decor was really nice and everything felt clean. There were plenty of bathroom towels/hand towels/washcloths. The beach towels were also big & nice. So glad we had access to the in-unit washer & dryer with detergent provided. The welcome gift basket was a nice touch, and we loved how close the pool was to the unit. Access to the beach amenities were really convenient...beach chairs, cooler & boogie boards. We were also happy to have a garage parking space. Great experience overall, and we would love to stay here in the future!
Condo community was great--good location in particular, and this condo was clean, well-stocked with beach toys for use, and was great for our vacation. A/C was down while we were there, but management quickly responded, got us fans to help beat the heat, and gave us a partial refund. Glad that was such an easy process!

Nice condo, all as described. Each of the 3 bedrooms is comfortable (each has one bed). The "den" has a bed, but no door, so that has to be factored into your sleeping decision. The grounds and pool facilities are nice and well maintained. 3 grills at the pool area, which is relatively close to this condo.
We had five adults stay for six nights and had more than enough room. Communication with the host was great. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Also, it’s close to the pool but not SO close that it’s loud.
We had a great time staying here. The host was very communicative.
This was the perfect place to stay in Princeville. Our family loved every minute. We have stayed at many places in Hawaii and all of them had ant problems. No ant problem here. They do a very nice job with keeping it clean.
We had a fantastic stay!! The condo has plenty of space for everyone in our party- we had teenagers, adult children, and a grandbaby at various times. We also had everything we would want as far as kitchen supplies and beach towels etc. The pictures show a variety of beach items in the garage and it was disappointing to learn that not all of them were available for our use. The furniture shows some wear and can be uncomfortable as a result but we didn’t spend a lot of time inside. It would also be nice to have had spare linens for when we washed the sheets and towels during our stay. The pool was convenient and beautiful and the rental company was very responsive. Princeville is lovely and we will stay again!!
