Very impressed, don’t know what everyone is talking about. This place was great to stay at. Best beach right on the other side of the road. Easy to find, clean, great water pressure and hot water. I would stay here again in an instant.

This condo was perfect for us in every way! Close to beaches, great pools and spas, within walking distance of several GOOD eating establishments. We had a wonderful time!!

Great overall since it’s literally 5 minutes from everything you could think of. But the inside of the condo could definitely use a good deep cleaning and upgrade with some interior stuff. Overall it was a good place to stay for my 4 day trip.

This unit is incredibly run down! The glass shower door fell out, narrowly missing my foot, when opening. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable - they have a foamie between the mattress and the box spring so it would appear they’ve had complaints before, but were too cheap to do the right thing and replace the incredibly uncomfortable mattress. The couch was filthy!! A wipe with a wet cloth came away brown with dirt/filth. The partition sliding doors between the bedroom and living room were broken but instead of fixing, they put up a curtain. This meant there was no privacy or ability to block sound to/from the bedroom. Not ideal. The shower was not clean. There was a disgusting smell coming from the garbeurator. When we arrived, the duvet cover had blood all over it - took a day and a half for it to be replaced. Towels were badly stained and felt like sandpaper. Pillows were thin. Overall the unit is very worn and dated. I made a complaint to the property management company was promised a return phone call & compensation, but still have not heard anything.

Fantastic place right across from the beach. Parking can get pretty limited if your coming in late night. Nice, safe area with wonderful staff.

Everything was accurate in the description except for the cleanliness of the couch, towels, curtain, and linens. They were badly stained. Other than that, the location is great. The beach is right across the street. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Airport is about 20 mins away. We enjoyed our stay.
