*** Maui Coast, the property next door to us, is currently building a 6 story building add on to their property. Construction begins most days around 7:00am and goes through 4:00 - 5:00pm so there is a possibility of construction noise during these hours.

We welcome you to our pristine and inviting Pacific Shores condo which features beautiful mountain and ocean views and is nestled directly across the street from Charley Young/ Kamaole I Beach. We take great pride in providing not only a comfortable place for our guests to stay, but we also do our best to make sure our guests have a great time visiting the "Valley Isle!"

To make sure our home is comfortable for everyone, we have an efficient split air conditioning system which has vents in the bedroom and living area! Most days and nights, the trade winds do a great job of keeping our condo nice and cool, however, some days the trade winds are not present and our condo can get a little warm. Over the past few years we have had a few guests mention to us that our bedroom can get warm, even with the windows open and fans blowing (check out our reviews!). So we listened and now have a new A/C system installed to make sure that every guest is comfortable, even on the hottest Maui days!

Our fully equipped kitchen with new quartz countertops, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster and all cookware, glassware and utensils offers the convenience to prepare full meals and store leftovers from neighboring restaurants.

Comfortable furnishings include a queen sized bed in the bedroom with soft, luxurious sheets; a new queen sized sleeper sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress; fresh clean linens and towels.

LED HD TV and free cable television is included along with free wireless broadband internet and free parking.

To help you pack less and make your beach excursions more enjoyable, we have a complete set of beach gear available for your use. Beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrella, sand toys for the keikis, beach towels, and beach bags are ready for you to take to the beach.

Need to do laundry? We have a clothes washer and dryer inside our condo!

The condo is located on the third floor, very close to the elevator, easily accessible to those who can't handle stairs or walk long distances, or those who simply don't want to haul their luggage and groceries up the stairs!

After dark it was difficult to see the numbers on the dead bolt key pad, always carried a flash light if we knew we were returning to the condo after dark.

Located near an ABC store and a beautiful beach. Close walk. The place is super quiet, very respectful neighbor. Also, very clean! Will definetly stay again on my next visit!

We love Kihei and have stayed there a number of times. Our favorite location is near Kamaole Beach I, and Pacific Shores is right across the street! The unit was well appointed, clean, comfortable and such a great value. As noted, there is construction next door, but we did not find it disruptive in any way. The pool and hot tub provide a great option to the beach if the surf is heavy. We were there in January and were able to watch the sunset from the lanai. Everything worked well, there was great beach equipment, and, as noted in other reviews, the main bed is on the soft side. Our daughter lives in Kihei and this unit provided a perfect home-away-from-home base for all of our outdoor activities. The unit has two parking spots which was so convenient for us in that we had a rental car, and our daughter had a spot to park as well when she stopped by. We did get a phone call the day after we arrived to make sure all was in order. That is a sign of great service. Thank you Jeremy!

We have stayed many times in this complex and unit itself. It is exactly as listed and great for a small family - especially with younger children. The location is fantastic; close to parks, restaurants, stores and our favourite beach on Maui - Charlie Young. The unit itself was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and good water pressure! Having laundry in the room is an added bonus. Lots of towels and extra bedding are provided. Our complaints are minor - the pool area is showing age and needs some repairs (this is beyond the control of the unit owner!) The deck paint is bubbling and peeling and feels gross to walk on. They now have a pool security guard in the evenings and they take their job very seriously- no pool toys or floaties allowed at all. We were surprised to see the once empty tree filled lot next door has major construction going on. It was never really bothersome, but sometimes the construction started very early in the morning (as early as 5 am for cement pouring). Lastly, two of the beach chairs have broken straps making it difficult to trek down the short distance to the beach. And the bin containing beach toys and main closet could use a clean out and some organizing as many things are broken etc. But these are small complaints. We would recommend this place to friends and family!

Had a wonderful stay exploring Maui. Place was great had everything we needed bed was super comfy. Close to restaurants and beach. Would stay again for sure.
