It was a 1st bday celebration for my sister's grandson. Disney Aulani did not disappoint. It was immaculate and this VRBO made everything so easy and simple and very relaxing. I will definitely check with this VRBO again!

I was a bit skeptical, wondering if this was a scam. Communication was not that great but I did receive information days/weeks later. I was finally able to get my reservation number 13 days before my check-in. This did not give me much options for any reservations at the resort, but we managed. The room did not have a view (this was expected) but it was just like the pictures and would definitely be back!

Booked with Samantha months in advance and had perfect communication and answered all my questions. We had such a fun time at aulani and will definitely be back and booking again! We were a party of 3 adults and 1 infant in a studio suite on the villa sides. Very neat that the reservation came with 2 parking spots! Definitely a fun resort to stay at with all ages! Thanks so much Samantha!

We enjoyed our stay. The resort is a fantastic place for families. On the ocean with protected cove for swimming. Disney has everything you need complementary to enjoy the beach. This VRBO listing is part of the Disney Vacation Club program. While it is not customary to have room service with a Vrbo, you usually expect it with a hotel room. Vacation club members only receive towels and trash service every four days. Just something to be aware of.

Comfortable room in Disneu Aulani. Unfortunately not the best of views, it overlooks the parking lot.
My feedback for the manager would be to give guest the reservation number as soon as they book, we received ours weeks before, despised trying to communicate with Samantha, she responded months later. We were unable to make reservations to many activities since they had already been booked months in advance.
I would also suggest not coming to the resort in the high season, it is packed with people and looses it’s appeal. Also the food isn’t great at the character breakfast.

Communication with Sam was very good and quick. The room we got at the resort was as expected. It was on the 5th floor and facing the water park. There was a angled view of the ocean.
