Our family had a great time in Kauai and having such a nice place to stay made all the difference. The views, natural light, steady breezes, and spacious rooms were a hit for the whole family. Having laundry and multiple bathrooms was also desirable and made the whole experience pleasant. The grounds are beautiful, the area quiet and relaxing. My wife and I found this to be a great place to spend four nights in the southeast corner of Kauai. We were able to get to the condo from the Lihue airport easily, make trips to Waimea Canyon (West), Wailua (East), and even up to Haena State Park (North). In the morning and evening it was a short walk from the condo to Poipu Beach (sea turtles & monk seals) and the Mahaulepu Heritage trail. The condo was spacious, clean and appeared to include every needed kitchen utensil. The beds were comfortable. The view from the balcony and the main bedroom were spectacular.

The rental itself is nice, clean and the area is quiet. The hills and stairs are a lot for anyone with mobility issues. Communication with the property managers was confusing at times. We arrived on the island at 11:30 and requested an early check in; drove by and the cleaning staff was out on the Lanai at 12:30. We thought we would get a call to be able to go in early. No call.
