Sparkling clean studio apartment with everything needed. Charming gardens around the condos. A great place for exploring the South side of the island
We loved our stay at the Prince Kuhio condo. This unit is newly remodeled and is beautiful inside. The a/c works great and the bed was very comfortable. The location is great (walking distance from The Shops at Kukui'ula), convenient to many great restaurants (we recommend the Eating House and Lapperts Ice Cream), Poipu Beach (down the road) and Lawai Beach (also walking distance). We also enjoyed the nice pool.
Unit was clean, instructions for finding the unit and parking were easy to follow. Place provided 2 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, boogie board, umbrella, and 2 coolers, all super helpful for our trip. Electric stove top with pans, utensils, some spices and coffee filters, no coffee. Air conditioning was great, didn’t use the pool but it looked nice and was close by. Only thing was laundry was on-site, not in unit, and they only take coins and close at 8pm. They no longer sell laundry detergent out of vending machines. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location was right across from Lawai beach for great snorkeling and views.
7 days in this lovely condo, very nicely appointed with everything we needed. Very clean. Every night, we had to close the patio door at night & wear ear plugs due to the chickens crowing, otherwise the place was very quiet.
Everything was amazing and even better than what we expected! The location is perfect, with restaurants, shops, grocery, and beaches very close by. The unit was clean and very spacious. The walk from the parking lot to the unit is breathtaking with the vegetation and mini waterfalls! We would absolutely stay here again.
We loved our stay!! The place was so nice and new and well taken care of. Everything was so clean, which is very important to me, and I can be hard to please with this. The bed was comfortable and the a/c was so nice! We didn’t use the pool but it’s cool to have if we wanted. It’s across the street from great snorkeling. We love staying at Prince Kuhio- we stayed at another of the condos here last year that we also liked but were happier with this one! Not as essential, but I did love all the decor and furniture— it just looked so well thought out. The literal only down side of staying at prince kuhio in general is that parking can be annoying. They are small spots and we have pretty consistently seen some ridiculous parking outside the lines, or even in the middle of two spots, so we have been in a bind before when we came back later in the evening and all the spots that were still usable were taken (due to inconsiderate people parking). We learned our lesson and always tried to be back at the place before it got late for this reason. We used Doug from the poipu shuttle a couple times to/from dinner instead.

This was a great place to stay for a honeymoon! Everything was super clean and exactly as described!
The place worked out perfectly for us. It was recently remodeled and the location was very close to local beaches and restaurants. The included beach supplies were great to have as well.
My wife and I have stayed in many rental condos and most are good, but not memorable. However, every once in a while, you find the hidden gem and it sticks in your memory forever. This little oasis was perfect for the two of us. The kitchen was nice. The bathroom was spectacular and the bed was one of the best. I’ve slept on at any rental. We loved our little balcony for morning, coffee and food. The gardens and pool area were a little hidden gem. The pool was so different from the mega resorts and we almost felt like it was our own little hideaway. Thanks so much for this beautiful day and I’m sure we’ll recommend the condo to others if they happen to make their way Kauai.
We had a wonderful stay on Kauai and it has a lot to do with this beautifully renovated condo. From the booking process til check out everything was easygoing and uncomplicated.The entire place (garden, pool, BBQ-spots, parking lots) was very well maintained and impressive. The condo itself was spotless clean and excellently equipped.We will definitely come back again!

This was the perfect spot for my husband and I while celebrating his birthday. Location was awesome - right across the street from a small beach with excellent snorkeling! Very short drive to several other excellent beaches and hiking locations. The condo was incredibly comfortable for the two of us. Loved the full kitchen for cooking meals in. Parking was very easy and convenient. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
This was the perfect place for us to stay on a spring break teacher escape. Everything is as shown and described in the listing, the condo is beautiful and equipped with everything you need for beach visits and cooking meals.Great location, great value … this is where we will return.
We really enjoyed this condo with very friendly local residents and a clean small swimming pool. The unit was recently remodeled and is exceptionally nice. The kitchen is well stocked and we made a couple of meals.The condo is opposite Lawai Beach which is small and fun. It is an easy walk to the small mall with food and clothing. It is in the quieter part of town and very close to the wonderful Allerton Botanical Gardens and the Spouting Horn viewpoint.Parking can be a bit tight due to the small number of spaces. We were on foot and mostly enjoyed the experience although some of the roads do not have sidewalks which meant walking at night was a bit more challenging.Overall, the listing is accurate and the condo is lovely.
The studio condo was very nice. It was great to be able to walk a short distance to view the sunsets. The location was great to be close to the shops and restaurants.We never could get used to hearing the roosters crowing so early in the morning!
Lovely little place and love the gardens
The Prince Kuhio condo was an ideal place to stay! It was in the perfect location, so close to shops and literal walking distance to the Beach House restaurant, and poipu beach was a short drive away. The condo was pretty clean, we did notice that the floors didnt reel like they were swept or mopped so we found ourselves wearing shoes around the room the whole time. We also found it odd that the hand soaps and shower soaps were either watered down or had some other soaps in it other than what was labelled on the bottle. Was it a deal breaker, No, but just something we noticed that was off.Our biggest issue was the parking. If you dont find parking in the front entrance of the complex, and have to go around to the parking garage, the spaces are EXTREMELY tiny! People could barely fit their cars in between the lines. And if there was an open spot, we physically couldnt fit in between two cars because of how small the stalls were. We ended up having to park somewhere else that wasnt listed in the instructions but thankfully our car wasnt towed or anything. But for other people looking to stay, just BEWARE of this parking situation. Anything bigger than a sedan will give you lots of trouble parking in the garage.
Our stay at this VRBO was absolutely perfect! The condominium was super cute, beautifully updated, and incredibly clean. The entire facility was well-maintained, and its location couldn’t have been better. We felt completely safe and secure throughout our stay, which gave us so much peace of mind.The sunset view right across the street at the beach was hands down the best we’ve seen in the Poipu area. Watching the vibrant colors dance across the horizon each evening was a highlight of our trip and something we’ll never forget.What really made this rental stand out, though, was how kind and accommodating the owner and property manager were. When we thought our flight home might be canceled, they were incredibly communicative and reassured us that they’d do everything they could to help us if we needed to stay longer. That level of care and hospitality is rare and made us feel so appreciated as guests.If you’re considering a stay here, don’t hesitate! It’s the perfect combination of comfort, location, and amazing hosts. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!
We were delighted to find our stay was right across from the beach. It was super clean, comfortable and pleasantly decorated. The kitchen had all the implements needed and more. We encountered no difficulties and instructions were very easy to follow so we did not need to contact the host. Grounds of the facility are beautiful and parking was nearby. It is close to restaurants and stores. Highly recommended!
The unit was ready for us and is so well equipped. There was extra food stuffs for us to us if we needed to. Close to the beach and local stores are within a short 15 minute walk. All our expectations were met. Cheers and thanks

Excellent location just across from superb snorkelling last Lawai beach. The unity had a recent renovation and was very comfortable. Could do with a safe for valuables and only had 1 beach tome. Otherwise was excellent and good value
This condo was right across the parking garage so it was convenient to bring in/out your luggage. Loved the keyless entry which was so convenient and no worries about lost keys. Everything looked new and clean. The kitchen had everything from dishes to pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, etc. and Ziploc bags.The condo layout made the most of the space. I loved my breakfast on the lanai where I could look at the flowers. I loved walking in the garden with so many varieties of orchids, other plants and flowers. It is a short drive away from Poipu Beach, Spouting Horn, Allerton Gardens and shopping center and restaurants. There’s a restaurant across the street but you need to make reservations. The lawn and seawall was great for watching sunset.
