Have stayed in the Poipu/Koloa area multiple times and this place was wonderful! Well stocked and very clean and comfortable. Would most definitely stay here again. The grounds were beautiful with a great parking garage.

Stayed at Prince Kuhio for a little over a week. It was a great condo and a great location. We felt like we were at home there. The kitchen was great and stocked with many appliances and utensils needed to cook many of the meals that we made while there. The bed was super comfy. There is no AC, but that wasn’t much of a problem. We left the sliding door open in the bedroom to allow air to flow through until we heard the roosters. Then we’d get up and close it and fall right back asleep. And is located across the street from The Beach House Rest and Lawai Beach. We’ve not gone to the right of the restaurant several times. We took walks to Holoholo Grill, local shopping, and evening walk, going past the restaurant. On our evening walk, we brought a flashlight and saw crabs on the beach and other critters here and there. We had the greatest time and felt so relaxed and comfortable in this home! So thankful!

We find this condo to be attractive and very comfortable. The art work is uplifting. The views of the garden and Prince Kuhio park are so pleasing. And the space is exceptionally well maintained, both indoors and also the grounds.
This place was great! Beautiful view, comfy king bed, super clean and included everything you need! Its close enough to the Kukui'ula shopping center to walk. We did, almost every day. Also the Beach House restaurant is amazing and conveniently located right across the street. We rented a car for 3 days and there was plenty of parking. No AC but it wasn't needed, there is a great breeze that blows through. Also, I very much appreciated the ear plugs in the medicine cabinet... the roosters outside wake up early 😂

First time in Kauai, came to celebrate a birthday (Bill’s 75th). LOVED the condo. Looking at your picture of the ocean view from the lanai was exactly what we experienced, perfection! The place was immaculate, very comfortable and had literally everything we needed and more. We usually are on the go and don’t hang out in the place we’re staying in but here, we spent more time (mostly on the lanai) and were so comfortable. I was originally concerned about no AC but the breeze was all we needed it added to the island experience. Looking forward to our return visit, highly recommend. A big mahalo! ❤️

From the year in advance of our arrival through dropping the keys off as we left the island, everything about this rental experience was great! The rental process was straight forward and simple. Kauai Vacation Rentals was a new company for us and it really felt like a personal experience.The grounds and facilities at Prince Kuhio are beautiful. The condo was clean, furnished island style and lovely. It felt like I had stepped into a home with all the extras. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the linens were a nice quality. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient. I can’t wait to return.

Very clean comfortable condo in Poipu, away from all the resorts but close to everything. Swimming pool was very nice as were the grounds and landscaping.
This condo was spotless. Probably the cleanest VRBO I've ever stayed in. Views from balcony were good. Distant view of ocean. Can hear ocean waves crashing at night with windows open. No AC but we had no issues with that in mid May. Temperature was very comfortable. Lots of roosters growing in early am though with windows open was only downfall, but we found a jar of ear plugs in the bathroom cabinet which I thought was great and thoughtful to have! Great location. Short walk to the beautiful Lawai beach for snorkeling or a beautiful sunset. Short drive to Poipu beach and the shopping center for shopping and restaurants. Loved this spot for our south shore adventures. Would stay here again.

Our condo had not been cleaned when we arrived causing us to wait an additional 4 hours to get into our unit. Then we experienced torrential rain with flooding into the park and the basement of the condo, losing hot water for four days and incredible loss for the owners and residents. Kauai Vacation Rentals were very supportive and helpful in both situations. This condo is actually a little gem. The unit is small but adequate and well equipped. Our condo had a comfortable bed, a great view of the park and ocean from the lanai and foliage on the living room side. The pool was a welcome retreat, especially with the brown water advisory for the ocean. The BBQ area is lovely. Residents and guests are friendly. We have stayed in a different unit as well as this one and would willingly return. There is no elevator so be prepared to climb stairs. The location is walking distance to snorkeling, beaches, spouting horn, the National Botanical Gardens and Kukui'ula Shopping Center. Mahalo....we look forward to returning to the island again!

The condo met and exceeded our expectations. The furnishings were tasteful and the art was very good. It is the cleanest condo in which we have ever stayed. My wife is a germaphobe and was very pleased. We liked the size of the complex which was small and quiet. It was our first trip to Kauai and it now our favorite island! The staff at Kauai Vacation Rentals have been very helpful and wonderful with whom to work!
This property is well-stocked with kitchen ware, so it's easy to cook if you choose. The grounds are beautiful and the hosts let you use beach chairs, beach towels and coolers, which is great. While the breeze is lovely, we really missed air conditioning during the day. Sleeping was comfortable--though the roosters start crowing any time after about 3:15 AM, so with the sliders open, you really hear them.
We had a pleasant stay in the property. We’d like to stay again
