Grill outdoors or cook in Super-Equipped kitchen. PROVIDED: Cable, WiFi, 3 Smart TV's, books, beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, boogie board, snorkels, fins, coolers, tennis rackets & more. Close to beach, golf, gym, tennis, pickleball, Keauhou Shopping Center.
Gourmet kitchen w/InstaPot, Keurig, regular 4-cup and 10-cup coffeemakers, coffee bean roaster, grinder. Toaster, rice cooker, Nuwave induction cooktops, knives, dinnerware, glassware, water filtration system, complete set of Circulon cookware, bakeware, storage containers, utensils, mixer, hand blender, flatware, spices/condiments. Bosch dishwasher, full-size washer & dryer. Combination safe in closet. Ocean gear stored in large plastic deck box on lanai. Folding wood clothes drying rack for bathing suits & towels. Ironing board, steamers, Easy-Up luggage cart/dolly (stored in Alii suite closet), step stools. Great place, location is in the south end of Kona so it’s quiet but very close to market. Corinne is a fantastic host. She really took care of us. We’re definitely coming back.

Our family had a great time at Corinne and Jim’s! This is by far the most well stocked vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. Pool and beach toys, lots of beach towels, an extremely well stocked kitchen, etc.
Beds were super comfortable and the sheets were so nice and soft. It was really nice having space to stretch out and for our kids to have their own bedroom and tv.
The location is easy to get to and close to a grocery store and restaurants in Keauhou.
Communication with Corinne was excellent and she was very helpful and accommodating.

Our 2nd time staying at this property. It is well kept, quiet, and close to shopping and beach. Condo was clean and had everything we needed and more! Beach towels, snorkel gear, laundry etc. Great communication from hosts.

Our family of 4 stayed one week, and the condo had plenty of room for us. It also had beach tent, chair, and blanket for us to use. We also used flippers for snorkeling. And the condo had multiple pools, pickleball courts and tennis courts available! We highly recommend this condo. Owners were quick to respond to questions, too!

Loved the space behind the unit as it gave you privacy from both Lanai’s. Love the double King Bedrooms/On suites. Very clean, lots of supplies, and very comfortable. Also the owners were very quick to respond to questions! Friendly and helpful!! Would stay again.
