we loved staying here! the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, utensils, etc - everything we needed for making meals. beds were comfortable. more than enough room for the 3 adults and 3 kids in our group. the community pool was clean and inviting, great beaches minutes away (our kids esp loved magic sands). lots of pool and beach toys. would def stay here again.
This is an awesome condo! Super well equipped: beach chairs, bags, coolers, and beach towels. The owner is great to work with. This was our second stay in this unit and we will definitely stay here again. It has a nice ocean view from the patio … great for watching the sunset. Grill on the patio. Lots of spices in the kitchen. 10/10!
We had a magical trip on the Kailua Kona coast. This is our third trip to the Big Island, and it was by far the best. The home was immaculate, with not a single insect in sight – a first for us! It was clean, smelled great, and the AC worked perfectly. There were fans everywhere to keep us comfortable.
The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets every night and loved falling asleep to the sound of waves when traffic wasn’t running along Ali’i Drive. The nearby Keauhou Shopping Center was convenient with multiple restaurants and a grocery store.
For a unique experience, try the kava lounge in Captain Cook, but don’t spend your whole trip driving around this large island. Make sure to check out Kona Magic Chocolate on Saturday or Sunday near the Punalu’u Bake Shop, which is also worth a visit! This trip was truly unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return.
First off, the home is BEAUTIFUL! The owners are amazing and kind and promptly responded to all of my questions. The cleaners did a wonderful job and they even left a cute little welcome basket of Hawaiian treats for us! The condo is equipped with literally everything you might need on a Hawaiian vacation, it is central to Ali'i street which is the main strip in Kailua-Kona. This will be our permanent vacation stay choice for Kona. The pool on the grounds is amazing and perfect temperature, they have a hot tub for adults and a warmer tub for kids under 12. The grounds are beautifully kept, lots of geckos which we LOVED! The condo has a balcony that both bigger rooms upstairs can access, and a patio downstairs with a large outdoor table and a grill. Also, BEAUTIFUL views!! We cannot recommend this condo enough, 1000/10.
It was a pleasure staying at this condo. The sunset views were amazing! It had everything that we needed and more. It was really nice having our own barbecue grill whenever we wanted to use it. We would definitely stay here again.
We so enjoyed our stay at this condo, and plan to visit again. It’s very family friendly, has many amenities (check around before heading to the store as guests leave extras behind- like sunscreen and various toiletries), and is a great location. The pictures of the view don’t do it justice, and the sunsets are gorgeous. The community is quiet- something we really value during our vacations in the evenings with you children around. Pam, the host, is wonderful. We had travel interruptions that delayed our flight home, and she did as much as she could to accommodate our additional travel needs.

Amazing island w rugged terrain. Drove too much but visited Volcano National Park, Onizuka Center at night, swam w manta rays, snorkeled, learned some cultural stuff. Spectacular sunsets from the lanai at this condo. Excellent condo, adequate gym, well set up for cooking, super comfortable.
Our family of 5 came and stayed in Hawaii for ten days at the beginning of summer break. The condo was awesome. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including a well stocked garage with beach chairs and some snorkeling equipment. The location was fantastic, we were close to a grocery store and were also able to walk to Kahalu’u beach for some snorkeling! We would watch the sunset each night from the lanai, and we were even able to catch the 4th of July fireworks from the comfort of the condo! This was the perfect home away from home!
This was our third time coming to Pam and Phil's lovely condo. They have thought of everything and have equipped the condo with anything you might want. The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and just gorgeous views from both lanais. You can stay close to the condo, enjoying the pool and hot tub, or walk to the beach, or walk just a tiny bit further to the beach which has excellent snorkeling. There's also a shopping center close by with everything you need including a grocery store and several restaurants as well as a movie theater. We also enjoy heading into Kailua for the breweries, restaurants, and shops. Or you can venture out and explore the Island, there are lots of recommendations of things to do at the condo and if you haven't gone to see a volcano, you should! I recommend this condo as a wonderful base to explore the Big Island, or as a place to just go and relax in the lovely Hawaiian breezes.
