Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common...

Great location. Beautiful view. Clean. Comfortable bed. Two negatives. 1). LOUD AC. So loud it was not possible to watch TV. If the owners installs a split system it would solve the noise issue. 2). Huge blower the next wall over that rattled and rumbled 24/7. No idea how the owners fix that. Bring ear plugs.

Really enjoyed this place. A few things kept me from giving 5 stars. The bed needs to be replaced and it would be nice to have things like sugar, coffee, plastic wrap, foil and a few spices. Also, some of the towels and washrags were in need of whitening or replacing. None of these things would stop me from renting again because the view and location make up for any inconvenience or discomfort.
