We had a fantastic stay here. Easily walkable to good restaurants, coffee, stores, and beaches. The property is beautifully landscaped. Well appointed kitchen. All that said, our favorite part was enjoying the peace and tranquillity of the lanai by the little stream (Bonus! We were afraid there might be mosquitos due to the proximity to the stream but didn’t experience a single one). We highly recommend this property.
This is a special place to stay in close to Poipu and Koloa. It was perfect for everything we wanted. The complex is quite and beautiful. Th gardens are like being in a botanical garden. Lots of flowers and unique birds. Many birds would visit us on our patio every morning. The condo is spacious and very comfortable. It has everything you need, along with beach items in a closet. The unit is on the ground floor and stays cool. Coming home after a busy day was so relaxing. We enjoyed the pool in the morning and evenings . I think this is an exceptional place to stay. We are so glad we chose to stay here and can't wait to stay here again.
Overall a good experience- beautiful setting.The only drawback was the tiredness of the unit. could use some deep cleaning and overall maintenance.

Pleasantly surprised. Everything was awesome; location and apartment. Easy check in with lock box. Close to Poipu beach where you have to see the turtles at sunset or in the morning before 9.
There is no ac but we did not mind. Lots of fans and if you keep the shades open great circulation of air. Everything you need for a nice relaxing time. I pipe definitely stay again and or recommend to others.

A very pleasant stay, minutes from beaches and wonderful eats in Koloa Town, and convenient strip malls for all our needs. Roosters visited daily. The Waikomo Stream Villas exceeded our expectations. Extremely well worth the rental cost.
We enjoyed our stay here. The place was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was fine. Easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit. My wife and I spent 3 nights here after a week in a 2 bedroom condo on the beach with our adult daughters. We enjoyed our stay at both places. This place isn't right on the beach, but it's an easy walk to a number of beaches.
Absolutely loved this condo! We arrived during the biggest storm Kauai had seen in years! We woke up to the condo being flooded. Host responded immediately and put me at ease. They just asked that we leave for a few hours so they could clean it. When we came back everything was perfect. They even left sandbags just incase.
This condo was exactly as described. A little wear and tear, but we didn't mind. AC was not missed! We just made sure all the window slates were open and it would create a nice breeze. The wildlife was amazing! It was the main reason we booked this condo. Frogs, lizards, roosters, chickens, Mina's, and the occasional stray cat. Roosters and frogs do get loud, but we loved it. Roosters would come every morning and beg for food from the lanai. If you are not animal lovers/nature lovers, then this condo is not for you!
The pool area is very nice. There is a regular pool with a 8' deep end and a wading pool for the kids. There is also an area to grill your food in the pool area. Don't forget your pool key as you need it to get in and out.
Overall, we loved this condo so much that we plan on booking it again when we come back in two years. Highly recommend!!

The good: location is great, grounds are very cute and relaxing. Lanai nice. Living area updated and cute. Shower was good. Easy check in and host was responsive.
The not so good: when we arrived, the rug had popcorn kernels, did not appear it had been cleaned. We bought air freshener bc the condo was so musty and smelled like it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. The bedding is old, needs to be replaced. The washer has mold in it, when we arrived the dishes weren't well washed and neither was the coffee maker or ice trays. There was visible dust on a number of items. And the hot tub in the pool area was not warm at all.
Overall a cute place but needs a good deal of cleaning and updating. We will not stay here again.
Property expressed excellent value. Well equipped for our stay. The living room sofa was of poor quality and uncomfortable. Accommodations at a prior accommodations contained beach chairs which were greatly appreciated for beach trips. The pool was crystal clear due to upgrades of chlorination to saltwater. As well the bbq’s were always spotless.
We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Kauai. The apartment features a spacious living room, a well furnished kitchen, a cozy bedroom and a bathroom with a super large shower. The position is excellent, close to a shopping centre and to a wonderful beach. On a side note, be aware that, being at the ground floor, some unwanted pests could enter (we found a cockroach in the bathroom, but only once in 7 days). Anyway, it'd be great to come back here.
This lodging was a hidden gem. It is technically 1 bedroom, but the day bed is exceptionally comfortable and along with a privacy screen, functions fully as a second bedroom. A forward and rear lanai provide lovely outside space with generous searing.
The kitchen stove heats quickly! The whole place is well-appointed.
The host is gracious and communicates well. We loved our stay and recommend it highly.
This condo was well-stocked as the owners thought of everything we might need and it was there. The grounds around the property were a tropical paradise, and the Sheraton beach was only a mile away. We also enjoyed that we could walk over to the shopping center or market to grab a bite to eat.
