In a great location for Southern Kauai! Condo was comfortable with plenty of amenities. As described it is on the third floor so keep this in mind. Would stay there again!
I loved the condo. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the condo had been updated from the pictures we had seen on VRBO. The roosters crowing could wake you up earlier than you wanted but they were very entertaining to watch.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The unit is nicely updated (all except the bathroom) and very cute and clean. Property management was great with communication and attentive to any needs. Unit looks out over a natural area but the ocean is visible from the lanai. Condo grounds are lush and beautifully maintained. We would definitely stay here again.
Accurately described in VRBO. Great location! Clean. Updated suite. Pool was great. Partial view of the ocean. Property manager checked to determine if they could do anything else. Highly recommended.

The condo is conveniently located near the ocean, with a great snorkeling area just a short walk away. Everything in the unit was exactly as described, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. Communication with the owners was prompt and effortless, adding to the overall positive experience. We would definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying here again on our next trip to the Paradise!
Awesome location with just the right amount of space for two people. Garage parking was easy, and the place was a bit outdated but clean.
We enjoyed our stay at Prince Kuhio, as it was close to many attractions, clean, and had what we needed for our four nights there. BUT we do feel like the condo posting and information provided at checkin could be more transparent and clear. The reasons for this are detailed below.
First, this condo doesn’t have an ocean view. Yes, if you walk onto the balcony and lean over to the right, it does. But you won’t see the ocean while sitting in the room. Slightly frustrating since this was one reason we picked this unit.
Second, the unit says it comes with soap. It does not say shampoo or conditioner, to be fair, but we did (naively, I suppose) assume that it would come with this. Just one of the many annoying things to realize.
Third, the bathtub was just the smallest tub we have ever seen. Hilariously tiny, but also unusable.
Fourth, the laundry was the most expensive coin operated laundry we have ever seen at a hotel/vacation rental. We did not even realize it was coin operated because it was not clear on the posting unless you clicked to read more details. Also, when it says the laundry is open from 8a-8p, they mean that they will lock your clothing inside at 8p. The signs were not clear about this, and we did have to contact many people on our last night to get it opened since we were flying out at 5a the next day.
Some of these things could have been avoided with a more clear unit posting, which would have made the stay as expected and much more enjoyable.
Appartment complex is very nice and clean, with a beautiful Garden. Appartment itself is good, a little bit outdated, but we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Kauai. Used the beach gear a lot, which was nice. Beautiful snorkeling beach and sunset right around the corner. Easy parking. AC is noisy, but working fine.
My partner and I loved our stay here. It was nice having a full kitchen/dining table. The condo was perfect size for the two of us, with a nice size patio as well that boasted a beautiful view of greenery and the ocean. The location in Poipu is awesome! So much to do in the area including shopping and eating. The property management was great at communicating and the check in process went seamlessly. Would love to stay here again.

Very good location, ocean is across the street, so is very popular restaurant.15 min walk to the nearest mall which is really nice with plenty of restaurants. Easy parking inside the garage, comfortable room with nice views balcony, very reasonable price. Very good communication with property manager. Saw some baby roaches and shower curtain should be replaced
This property was the perfect home base for us to explore Kauai. Just the right size for a couple and just as the pictures advertised. We enjoyed the beautiful courtyard and being able to walk across the street to the little beach for sunset.
The building is steps from a small beach and close to other beaches, a short drive to Old Koloa Town and walking distance to The Shops at Kukui'ula, Spouting Horn and Allerton Garden.
The unit was as pictured. I probably would not book a studio again for 2 adults with full size suitcases - other than hangers, there isn't anywhere to unpack. This is not a criticism (the description and photos are accurate), but an FYI to others who are debating between a studio and something larger.
The positives: location in the building is excellent with a balcony overlooking green space and a side view of the ocean. Quiet and lovely to eat or have a drink outside. Small kitchen was reasonably well-equipped (so many knives!). Lots of towels. Beach chairs were a nice addition. Nice (unheated) pool. Beautiful gardens around the complex.
Suggestions for improvement: wine glasses (there were only large glass water glasses and many plastic glasses). Bathroom smelled damp all the time. No shampoo, conditioner or dish soap. Who travels with dish soap? In corresponding with the property manager about something else, she mentioned that a welcome package of coffee and cookies hadn't been left and that she would drop it off. That never happened. Why mention it if you're not going to bring it? These are small things that would have made our stay a bit nicer.
Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay in an absolutely beautiful part of the world.
The facility manager, and the owner Ann and her assistant son Ben were great to us. The studio was as clean, clean as can be and very well located. The pool was clean and the right temperature for a refreshing dip, which I took advantage of. The location was very strategic to some absolutely world class beaches. The view from our unit was good too, and we watched the sun come up from our bedroom.
Ben gave me advice on the Pohehale Beach road, and Ann sent help when I locked myself out of the unit. She was very understanding.
The facility manager does such a great job of managing the garden aspect of the resort. It is just beautiful.
There was nothing we lacked while there, and my wife and I will stay there again, with family, God willing.
The property was adequate. It had a great location. I wish there was a dresser you could unpack your clothing into and a stand for suitcases. The biggest problem was the air conditioner. When the unit was running, there was a loud vibration even when the fan speed was low. We could not use the a/c at night due to the noise(or hear the TV with the a/c on) We ran the ceiling fan and a small oscillating fan during the night. But we could still hear the a/c in the unit next to ours when it ran. It was great to be able to see the ocean from the lanai though the neighbor's TV was pretty loud when sitting out there in the am. We would probably stay here again now we know what to expect because of the price and location.
