Unfortunately our stay was pretty horrible. We arrived late and didn't have the access code to get in. It took several frantic calls and messages to find help to get the code. After finally getting in and somewhat settled, it was time to go to bed. I was there with my daughter, the bed was very outdated, it actually had springs. The bed was soo horrible I barely slept, because my child moved in her sleep and I was being shot out of bed. HORRIBLE
Great deal for a great location close to beaches and shopping. Host took care of things in a timely manner.
Perfect little room for a couple to get a way with beaches close by. Air conditioning was a must have this week and we were very grateful to be sleeping cooler than our friends who had rented other units. When the water is calm in the morning the spot in front of the beach house is a great place to snorkel. Views from the upper units were slightly nicer but it really is helpful to be on the ground level! We will definitely try and stay here again!
Great location. Remember it’s a studio so not real big. Plenty good for 2. Great small patio. Shower leaves much to be desired……hottest water ever and impossible to cool down. Bummer after day on beach it would have been nice to Get ‘into’ a shower.

Nine view and in good area to walk to beach. Lacked a few basic essentials that are normally provided, but overall okay.
This property was wonderful, the grounds from the parking lot leading up to the front door is filled with beautiful orchids and exciting plants that we usually only see as our houseplants.The location is close to beaches, shopping, and food, if you are not planning on scoping out the entire island, there is a lot you could get to from just walking or riding a bike.
The care was exceptional and the condo was fairly well appointed, we enjoyed the area and great snorkeling right across the street.

Overall great stay. Great snorkeling and nice small beach across the street. Walking distance from a lot of great restaurants and shopping. Would stay again.
Pool was enjoyed. Shower was either too hot or too cold. Air conditioner too loud. Size was adequate.
Has not been updated, no comfortable chairs to sit on to watch tv , brought patio chairs in each evening.
Little privacy on patio as you could hear tv going on both sides. We realize it’s outdoor living and people leave their doors and louvre shutters open all the time. However in that price range for a studio in Poipu $$$, it’s a good option
Fantastic location. Great parking. Fitted our requirements. Plenty towels and beach towels provided. A bit dated.

Really well located, the pool and its environment are great. Anne, the administrator, was fast to reply to our requests. There is a great restaurant across the street were we could relax outside and watch the sunset. Great neiborhood!
