This beautiful ocean front Hawaiian paradise is centrally located on the eastern coast and provides easy access to Kauai’s south and north shore activities.
The tastefully decorated accommodations include a King Size bed, queen sofa-bed, air conditioning, seating area, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, Flat Screen TV, DVD player, Hi-Speed Wireless internet access and stereo system.
The unit is located on the ground floor next to a Heiau (an ancient sacred ruin) and is the last unit at the tip of Wailua Bay offering the most privacy from the other units. The ocean and beach are only steps away and often visited by native Monk seals.
A trail along the beach allows you to walk for miles enjoying scenic ocean views. There are also the following shared facilities on the property: a ocean front pool, lighted tennis courts, gas barbecues and laundry facilities. Restaurants and galleries are conveniently located within walking distance.
The nearby Wailua River offers kayaking and hiking trips. Wailua Bay provides a great location for surfing, paddle boarding and kiteboarding. Reasonably priced golfing is a mile away at the 18 hole Wailua Golf Course.

We loved the condo! The condo was well stocked with all the essentials and the location was perfect. Our kids could walk out the sliding door and run around on the grass. The beach, tide pools, and pool were very close to the patio.

We enjoyed or stay at this property. The view is outstanding! The pool is beautiful, and it is a short walk to the beach and to the Coconut market for restaurants and shopping. The condo is nice and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Good. Couldn’t be closer to the beach in the pool and walking trails. You could even walk to restaurants and the grocery store.

The location was overall fantastic for our trip and lots of amenities within walking distance nearby at the coconut marketplace and Lava Lava restaurant. Nice corner unit with great views. Was a bit noisy when the guests upstairs were there -very heavy footsteps… The king bed was great - nice and firm and the living room furniture was comfortable.
Owner was great - communicative pre-arrival and the property manager was very responsive and helpful- some instructions for the tv would’ve been helpful but she came by and helped us out.

We stayed at this same condo 5 yrs ago for our honeymoon. We came back here because it is a hidden gem. Close to everything on the island. Lava lava beach club is walking distance and have a great lunch menu and happy hour. We will be back whenever we stay in Kauai.

One of the best locations in Lae Nani. Bottom floor condo with private lanai. It had a stocked kitchen and plenty of space. Bedroom was adequate size with comfortable bed. We walked along beach a few nights, would walk the Coconut Marketplace for food, shopping or groceries. Would recommend this condo mostly for couples. Great memorable stay!
