But something's not so much.Pros:Cute small pool and beachUnit was cleanEven though they were in California, owners did answer questions.Cons:3rd floorOlder condo, had lots of grime and broken handle on the pool shower, doors on game room stuck. Floor was sticky. EwwwSmall unit, no hot plate. Had antsNo parking stall, pretty much have to wing it.Random homeless folks in the areaWater main broke, we had no water for 12 hours. Zero discount for the inconvenience.Over all, kind of high priced for what it is Someone's cash cow which was evident from the lack of owning up to the water issue Hard pass, wouldn't do it again
This property was in a great location. The host was very communicative and accommodating. As a solo travellers, I felt comfortable and safe. A plus is having a resort next door to grab a drink and socialize at the bar.
This little condo is so close to the ocean. Hearing the waves and feeling the ocean breeze every day is amazing. Cindy and Scott were awesome to communicate with. This little condo was perfect for my husband and I. We would definitely stay here again!
The room as just what we were looking for, clean, close to town and in the beach.
Our hosts were very responsive to any questions or items that we needed. Walking distance to the beach. Easy access to other parts of the island. Bed and pillows were comfortable. I summary we would stay there again. We highly recommend!
This was my second time stay at the building but the first in this studio. It was exactly what I needed for myself. The table against the window was perfect for the time that I did have to work. I just opened the door and let the ocean sooth away the work day until I could get outside and truly enjoy the beach. I miss it already.
We loved the location and would definitely stay here again. Very quiet and quaint, just exactly what we needed.
Cindy’s place was neat, clean and just perfect for my husband and I. Location is great for going north or south on the island with almost anything you could want/need within walking distance. Cindy was great at staying in touch, and we very much enjoyed our stay here!
