The condo had everything we needed, including plenty of toiletries, paper towels, spices and beach items. Beds were comfy, ample furniture and great outside Lanai where I drank my coffee every morning. Check in was so easy and we even got a late checkout! Property is awesome, with 3 beautiful pools, grills, and scenic views. Close to everything! I can't say enough about our amazing host who answered all my questions and was extremely helpful and kind. If we ever return to this beautiful island, we will stay here again!
The location was wonderful. It was nice to be in the middle of all the activities that we wanted to do! My biggest complaint would be that the dishes didn't feel clean and the coffee pot still had grounds inside. There was dirt buildup on the baseboards. I know no place is perfect, but it did feel like it could be cleaner.
Everything we needed was there for us. Plenty of room and very clean. Perfect location on the island and easy to navigate to and from all our activities. The property was safe and well maintained.
My husband and I found this to be in a great location to explore the island. Easily accessible for walking to shops, groceries, restaurants, a beach, a bike/walking path. The condo itself is a bit dated and could use some updating but was well stocked and served our purpose well.
There are few more central locations for visiting the island. We had a beach view across the old plantation field with wonderful sunsets and easy walking to all services! Everything we needed was provided and there was a most divine cranberry loaf waiting for us in the fridge care of Jim and Cherry
Property was as expected. Beds were comfortable and there was pretty much everything in the unit that anyone would need. Clean and functional for our trip. We liked the location as it was very central to everything. Travel times to the Waimea Canyon and up to Tunnels Beach were equal. The host Jim is VERY responsive to messages and questions even before check in. I would definitely recommend this rental property for consideration in the future. Not fancy but 100% functional.
Good location close to stores, restaurants, ocean, mountains. Located in middle of the island makes it easy to plan trips on both ends. Owner made it easy by providing supplies like toilet paper soap shampoo paper goods cleaning supplies. Nice view of mountains and ocean from the lanai. Unit was outdated but included all necessary furniture and equipment. AC very noisy. Overall one can enjoy staying here as we did.
We got to meet Jim and Cherrie and they were absolutely awesome. Condo is situated halfway between everything so great. Jim was great about answering all our questions and concerns and suggesting places to eat and happy hours. Place is close to markets and dining.
The unit was comfortable but in need of some updating. The air conditioner was not as effective as we would have liked
and was noisy. The bathroom plumbing needed attention thedoneyog
A bit outdated looking, but with a homey, vintage 1980’s vibe. Great location and nice balcony views. Strong wifi, good AC, comfy bed, adequate shower, well equipped kitchen. It’s a great value and is nicer than the photos show.
The house's location is perfect, equipped with everything you could need. While the view of the ocean from the house is partially obstructed, the balcony is located on the side of the building, offering an excellent overall stay experience. It would be beneficial to schedule a deep cleaning of the place occasionally to maintain its overall appeal.
We enjoyed this place completely. Well equipped and very close to North as well as South shores. Home is well maintained and had a wonderful stay.

The condo and location worked out perfectly for our long visit on the island. We enjoyed our walks right from the condo's location.

The property was quiet throughout my stay, it was the perfect location for groceries, excursions and sight seeing. A short walk to the beach where the sun rises in the morning sky was perfect. I made use of the beach chair and beach towels. Also provided was a drink cooler, ice trays, a fully functional kitchen, and bathroom with soap, sunscreen lotion and towels. Laundry facilities were priced reasonably and came in handy during my stay. The host Jim was very accommodating at check in and flexible for a later check out. Trying to watch tv before bed was a bit frustrating the remote control was uncooperative trying to change channels and use the guide, I like falling asleep to the tv noise. This apartment has air conditioning so it was easy to fall asleep without the tv. Kapa’a is on the east coast of Kauai and there’s plenty to do here, 13 minute drive to the airport.

Alignment of unit means you can't catch the fresh air breezes off/on shore, even on the balcony, so unit is warm and requires AC to cool down. But kitchen well-equipped, and the included beach chairs umbrella, and mats are nice features for actual beaches: much appreciated. Good turnaround time on texts with James. TV could use some directions about how to connect; but worked well once connected. Nice to have Safeway 5 minutes away, drug store 2 minutes walk. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.
