Air Conditioned! Swimmable Beach. Lae Nani unit #411 is a corner, ocean view unit located in building 4 of the complex with Three large bedrooms and Two full bathrooms . The unit has been fully renovated and professionally decorated with on-trend decor and a subtle Starfish theme. Because its a ground floor unit, you don't have to deal with hauling suitcases, groceries, beach chairs, etc. up & down stairs, not to mention just walking right out to the expansive lawn and gorgeous beach for swimming! You can walk out to the Tennis/PickleBall court, heated pool, lawn and beach directly from the lanai. You are also walking distance to many shops and restaurants plus a bakery for that morning treat. Lae Nani is a relaxed, casual, low-rise Tropical Style complex with palatial lawn areas & exotically beautiful landscaped gardens. Air Conditioning installed November 2019. Sleep comfortably with AC in every bedroom, plus living room. Tiki torches every evening on the property add to Hawaiian ambiance.

There are two king beds and two twins, which can be made into a King upon request. The master bedroom is on the ocean side with its own private lanai and stunning Ocean views (one of the few Lae Nani units with this feature.) A lot of thought has gone into outfitting this unit with everything guests could expect and desire. Great attention to detail has been taken in upgrading this unit, which is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with every convenience.

Lae Nani is the most conveniently located complex on the whole island. You are very close to grocery stores, shopping & many restaurants including LavaLava right next door via our private walking path. Kapaa is centrally located between North and South shores for your daily excursions. Also close to the airport and Costco. In February 2018, TripAdvisor named Kapaa a "Top Travel Destination on the Rise!" Gorgeous Sunrises & Sunsets are a one minute walk across the lawn.

Kapaa is so centrally located, there is always something close-by for everyone . In addition to all the ocean & river activities, hiking & biking, wildlife sanctuaries, farmer's markets, day spas, shopping & luaus, and cultural centers, there's even a bit of night-life here with street fairs, clubs with live music & dancing, karaoke bars, plus over 78 restaurants and food trucks to choose from. Our family had a wonderful stay. Condo was perfect for our stay. We loved all the beach equipment! The grounds of this condo were stunning. The bbq station was much appreciated as well.

My family and I just got back from a week at the Lae Nani condo. We were all floored and impressed by this home. This condo is well stocked for your stay. The kitchen has all you need to cook for a group at home, there is plenty of beach equipment to go around, and all the lights/appliances/etc are well labeled so you don’t fumble around. We mostly appreciated the personal touch from the host Carla. Definitely felt like we were in good hands. You’ll enjoy your stay here!

Everything about this property was an A+, starting with our communication with Carla which was amazingly quick and thorough. She even scheduled a call a week in advance to personally answer any questions we had and to go over what we needed to do to get into the property. The property itself was absolutely beautiful yet comfortable, and clean as a whistle. It had everything we needed including beach supplies, games, towels for the beach and pool, and a wonderful welcome basket. The grounds of the property were beautiful. The beach in front of the property was even better than advertised. The view of the ocean was amazing from sunrise to sunset. The location of the property was perfect for us, in the center of the island so that no matter if we were going north or south we were not very far away. It’s right next-door to lava lava beach club that we walked to every morning for breakfast as well as many lunches and dinners. It’s also walking distance to a market where we could purchase food as well as souvenirs and alcohol. And it’s minutes from the airport. Honestly, I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

A beautiful condo that has absolutely everything we could have wanted. So close to the airport, restaurants and shops. The view from the condo was amazing and we enjoyed the beach and grounds immensely. We would definitely return.
