The unit has been fully renovated and professionally decorated with on-trend decor and a subtle Starfish theme. Because its a ground floor unit, you don't have to deal with hauling suitcases, groceries, beach chairs, etc. up & down stairs, not to mention just walking right out to the expansive lawn and gorgeous beach for swimming! You can walk out to the Tennis/PickleBall court, heated pool, lawn and beach directly from the lanai. You are also walking distance to many shops and restaurants plus a bakery for that morning treat. Lae Nani is a relaxed, casual, low-rise Tropical Style complex with palatial lawn areas & exotically beautiful landscaped gardens. Air Conditioning installed November 2019. Sleep comfortably with AC in every bedroom, plus living room. Tiki torches every evening on the property add to Hawaiian ambiance.
There are two king beds and two twins, which can be made into a King upon request. The master bedroom is on the ocean side with its own private lanai and stunning Ocean views (one of the few Lae Nani units with this feature.) A lot of thought has gone into outfitting this unit with everything guests could expect and desire. Great attention to detail has been taken in upgrading this unit, which is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with every convenience.
Lae Nani is the most conveniently located complex on the whole island. You are very close to grocery stores, shopping & many restaurants including LavaLava right next door via our private walking path. Kapaa is centrally located between North and South shores for your daily excursions. Also close to the airport and Costco. In February 2018, TripAdvisor named Kapaa a "Top Travel Destination on the Rise!" Gorgeous Sunrises & Sunsets are a one minute walk across the lawn.
Kapaa is so centrally located, there is always something close-by for everyone . In addition to all the ocean & river activities, hiking & biking, wildlife sanctuaries, farmer's markets, day spas, shopping & luaus, and cultural centers, there's even a bit of night-life here with street fairs, clubs with live music & dancing, karaoke bars, plus over 78 restaurants and food trucks to choose from. Our gorgeous eight mile bike path is a must-do! (Rent bikes right next door at Coconut Marketplace.) This area features a more "Local" feel - Wailua and Kapaa are not as crowded & touristy as Poipu and not as wet as the North Shore. The whole island is wonderful and you can't go wrong anywhere, but nice to know what this area offers.
You're encouraged to read through the "Amenities" & "Reviews" for additional details about everything provided for you at the condo. In lieu of Property Insurance, we charge a Security Deposit of $1000.00 per stay. This is fully refundable within 10 days after your departure, contingent upon no damage. This will show as a "Property Fee" on your Booking.
If you need more space, there are many other rental units in the complex. IF YOU NEED A LATE CHECKOUT, PLEASE REQUEST AN EXTRA NIGHT AT A DISCOUNT....

Carla replied kindly and quickly to any question I had and made our entire experience wonderful. Her place is beautiful and perfectly located. Ground floor was so nice for my family - 6 adults ages 23-60. Beach and pool were approx a 2 min walk. So conveniently close to stores, bars and restaurants. I would highly recommended to anyone and plan on staying there again next time we’re in Kauai. Thank you!

I’ve been renting VRBO properties for years and this is the best equipped, cleanest and comfortable rental I’ve stayed at. Carla was amazing and very communicative with us. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The pool was great and the ocean front was out the front door. We stayed for 5 days with our family of 6. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect condo and location for our first visit to Kauai! It was centrally located between North and South with a short drive to Costco/Safeway for groceries or Sleeping Giant for a hike. The Condo had everything we needed and was so organized! The condo association was wonderful...beach, lawn area, and pool were perfect and a great way to relax right outside our door. The property was well maintained, not busy, and quiet at night. Thank you Carla for a wonderful stay!!

This condo was really perfect for 6 people, pleanty of space to hang out or have some alone time. More than enough supplies to cook and use for the beach. Bieng first floor means a bit more noise from above, but the one time I mentioned it to Carla, she immediately responded and the manager will talk with whomever is above as there are quiet hours. The beauty of the ground floor is it stayed nice and cool for the most part, had very high ceilings, and no lugging things up and down stairs. The condo is in a wonderful area, close to coconut marketplace and the beach trail, and the landscaping was some of the best I have seen on the island.

Beautiful spot. Nice steady Kaua’i breeze keeps it cool and usually 10f cooler then the south and west side of the island. Short drive to airport and major retailers. Many small shops in walking distance and lots of beach space close by.

We had the most wonderful stay at Carla’s beautiful property. The views, location, and accommodations are nothing short of perfect. The unit is well stocked with anything you could imagine needing and then some. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were quite nice! Our family of five was very comfortable there. The location was very convenient- with Lava Lava and Coconut Marketplace walkable. Carla had excellent recommendations for activities and restaurants. We didn’t want to leave and will be back!

Condo was extremely convenient for family member in wheelchair. No steps (small door threshold only)
Place was immaculate, well equipped with beautiful decor, quiet pool and beach area. Accommodating owner. More spacious then appears in photo.
You can tell the owner loves their place and wants others to fully enjoy it - which we did!!!

This stay was all around excellent. Communication was excellent and accommodating, the place was clean and looks great, had lots of thoughtful amenities, wonderful views, a pool that's not crowded, and restaurants and shopping a short walk away.
