Wonderful stay, check in/out was easy. Property was as depicted in the listing and we would definitely stay here again. Great location on the island and unit was in a great location within the complex. We enjoyed the grounds and the pool and the beach very much too. We did not get to eat at the onsite restaurant but would look forward to trying it at a future visit.
We had a great vacation and we loved this condo unit. The kitchen was well equipped and unit was spotlessly clean. The resort property is beautifully maintained with tropical flowers everywhere. We loved the beach, pools, and hot tubs. We saw a monk seal hang out on the beach several times. It is a convenient location to access everything on the island. The owners are great folks to work with. Highly recommend.
The unit was just great for two couples. So well supplied with every need. We had beach chairs, noodles, umbrella, beach mats etc. there were plenty of spices and the kitchen was very well stocked with equipment. Pool area lovely and beach access perfect. Easy access to the whole island. Our only disappointment was that our view was of Safeway and the parking lot but lovely mountain range beyond. I wish this had been mentioned. Also not a big deal but no snack bar and the restaurant doesnāt open until 3 or 4. We found the two gentlemen manning the host area in the restaurant to be very flippant and almost rude. All told a wonderful stay.
The unit was very comfortable. There was a piece of furniture that was held together with duct tape. The microwave did t work but a replacement was on the counter top. The biggest disappointment was the clothes drier didnāt work. We packed fewer clothes thinking we would be able to wash and dry clothes so this was somewhat of an inconvenience. The owner didnāt inform us before we got there but suggested we use a laundromat down the street. We dried clothes and towels best we could on the lanai.
The condo was spectacular, much nicer than the photos. Perfect location. We had a small issue with the door code, I contacted Maryam and she had it taken care of in less than 5 minutes. I would highly recommend, we will absolutely be back.
So much to love about this place. Very low key, live music at the pool side restaurant on some nights/days. Right on the beach! Very clean and beautiful! Would love to stay hear again!
Everyhting was wonderful except for the dryer was broken at the time and the microwave broke while we were there. there was a second microwave already onsite. the host was very responsive

The condo is a perfect combination of private space while feeling like you have a full resort at your fingertips. The grounds are very pretty, the pool is fun and the beach is lovely. It is so nice to have towel service as well. The unit itself is quite nice with ample space. Our family of five fit just fine with our two girls in the queen bed and our son on the sleeper sofa. The kitchen was well appointed. The views are to the front road which was not something we expected, but it was easy enough to go downstairs or throughout the island to enjoy the views. There are many restaurants very nearby and there is a full grocery store, Starbucks, shave ice and an ice cream shop directly across the street, which was so convenient. we would definitely recommend this unit and would come to stay again
The unit was super clean. It was loaded with stuff to use: from coolers to beach chairs to umbrellas to boogie boards. The kitchen was really nice. It was so great that they included some basic kitchen essentials like cooking oil and condiments; saved us from having to buy those. I would totally stay here again. The location was awesome to walk out onto the beach without even putting shoes on. The kids loved the pool. It was so nice to have the shopping complex across the street with groceries, shave ice, ice cream, and souvenirs all in the same place. The location was great to make it to both the north and south shores in about 30-45 minutes either way. The owners were very accommodating to us when we needed some special accommodations on check-out. Five stars!

We really enjoyed our stay here, our 4 th tome to the island and this location is perfect for visiting all around the island. Plus the facilities are cleanand inviting. Would stay here again.

Condo was nice and clean, with upscale decor. There was a supply of extra things like spices and coffee filters, tea, etc. That is always nice when you are cooking. Extra things for small children needs like booster and bed, toys, etc. We added to that supply with some beach / pool toys and a booster step stool. Condo could use extra towels, especially in the kitchen area! No dishcloths and only 3 hand towels there.
I would love to see a guest book or info with good eateries and hidden gems that guest sign and recommend.
Stay was nice and condo was comfortable for our needs including great beds and bedding. View of the Safeway was not expected. Overall, a very nice condo. I would love to see the resort add some outdoor family / beach games to add more things to do outside. Our little guy loved to Koi pond!
The condo is a great location! We loved being central to everything. The airport and Walmart is 10 min away, Safeway across the street. Lots of food options near by as well.
The condo is very spacious! It accommodated 3 adults and 2 kids. Loved having the 3 bathrooms as well. Wished it was on the other side of building to have pool/ocean view, but we didn't spend a ton of time in the condo so it didn't bother us too much.
The property is beautiful! The pool is very pretty and fun for the kids. The water was cold! There is several hot tubs though that we all enjoyed.
The beach is beautiful, but the water is not swimmable. We didn't really have an issue with this, there are lots and lots of beaches to visit near by!
The restaurant on site is so good. We ate there twice. farm to table food. So so good. Pricey though.

This property was perfect for our family. Last time we were in Kauai we spent so much time driving ā this Location was prime. The pool was amazing, beach access was awesome. Restaurant on the property was fantastic. We hope to stay here again next time we are in Hawaii!
We had been to Kauai and this resort twice before, but not this unit; everything was described perfectly, and the pictures were accurate. The host was very responsive; we had an unexpected power outage in the area, which caused our a/c unit to get a little wonky; the host was very attentive, helping us resolve the problem, and checked back several times to ensure all was well. She even texted that we could check in early if we needed to, that was unexpected and a kind offer. I highly recommend this unit and the host!!
