The unit needs some maintenance, door handles falling off ,missing screens- so you can not leave the doors open or birds fly in, broken garbage disposal, BUT we didn't ask for all the fixing while there. The whole needing to buy supplies (TP, paper towels, baggies) at ovee 900/n seemed no bueno for me. Hopefully these will be addressed. AMAZING views, great location and pools. Our stay was so close to perfect. I loved our stay, and would buy this unit!
Everything was so easy from check in to check out. The location was perfect and the condo was beautiful!

Jacuzzis and pool are fantastic. Lots of maintenance needed in the room though. Best view for sure. Very comfortable. Vent in the washroom blows rust on you 24/7, the patio doors are like a tunic cube, sink clogs up often. We enjoyed the stay on the island. We’re very blessed.
Condo was clean and had high quality appliances and furnishings. Loved the large balconies where we spent a good amount of time watching the picturesque view and soothing sound of the waves.

The location is close to the beach, which is fantastic. It’s the nicest department in the complex. In the evening, you see endangered monk seals rest on the beach. We saw a tremendous moonrise over the water. Safeway is across the road for supplies, but ideally, you need a car.I would recommend to the owner some door stoppers that work on the hinges, not the floor, as they are definitely toe stubbers.
Best condo in the resort right on the beach. Condo stocked with essentials. Plenty of room for my family of four to spread out and recharge after a day of exploring. For us it was a great home base location to explore the island from.

Amazing property and room! So pleased!
This condo has all the amenities needed for relaxation. The pool, beach, lanai and gourmet kitchen made our time in Kauai a memory of a lifetime. The condo is centrally located and has the best manicured grounds of any resort around us. Our only complaint was the quality of the grills. One was out of order and the other barely worked.
We had an amazing time. The location of the unit was incredible. We really enjoyed the beach and the pool. Loved sitting out on the deck. Great location to other things as well.
The property has most of the great features of a beach resort: giant pool with slides and multiple spas,excellent restaurant, convenient to activities. But still be situated in “old Hawaii charm”. I highly recommend this property if you’re coming to Kauai.
This stunning oceanfront penthouse condo at Waipouli Beach Resort offers an unforgettable Kauai experience. The spacious two-bedroom suite boasts breathtaking, direct ocean views from every room. It was perfect for watching the sunrise every morning and we even got a chance to see some whales. The luxurious interior features a gourmet kitchen, with a sink overlooking the beach which made doing dishes an enjoyable experience for once! With access to fantastic resort amenities like the winding pool that we spent lots of time at, and amazing dining within a short drive, this villa provides the ultimate in relaxation and indulgence. We hope to come back again next year!
A wonderful family holiday
We took my parents to Kauai and stayed at this beautiful condo. It looked exactly like the pictures and we enjoyed a week of relaxing on the stunning lanai! The location is ideal for day trips to all parts of the island. You can walk several miles on the beaches nearby and the on-site restaurant is delicious. It was absolutely perfect!

Great location! Really nice condo with great views - exactly as advertised. Kids loved having the beach right there too! We missed 3 out of 5 days due to the crowdstrike flight issues so that was a huge bummer. We didn't take advantage of all the resort amenities like the pool, gym, restaurant with our shortened stay but they seemed nice.
You cannot beat the view from this huge condo. Each morning we tried to sit out on the lanai and rest, taking in the beauty of the ocean and beach.
The pool is quite fun and well maintained. The Oasis restaurant is an amazing fine dining experience and probably a 75 feet from this condo.

Excellent location, easy to get everywhere on the island. The condo (H201) was wonderful and the view from the lanai was breathtaking. The pool and hot tubs were clean and not overly crowded. Our family had an unforgettable vacation. Would definitely stay here again!
This unit gave our family an amazing front row experience of amazing ocean views, sun rises every morning, and allowed everyone to truly decompress throughout the week. After our daily excursions, sitting on the the expansive patio through the evenings were priceless. The walks along the ocean from this location were incredible as well, and do not forget to visit the Lava Lava Club for breakfast and bloody mary's!
We loved this condo, the location and the restaurant next door. The beach is directly in front of the lanai and provides a lovely sound, day and night. The pool area is wonderful as well. Sunrises are to die for!
The property location could not have been better. Amazing location with a spectacular view! Only complaint we had would be a musty smell, understandable with the rainy climate but just needs aired out.

We loved our stay in the presidential suite! The views! The lanai! How perfectly appointed the condo was! On top of that, Candace went above and beyond with communication and making the process as smooth as possible. Highly recommend!
We absolutely loved the beautiful spot! The sunrises and sunsets over the beach were so amazing! It was a great central location. The condo was well stocked for our stay.
Remarkable view. We were able to see the sunrise every morning. The kitchen is fully functional although you will have to fully stock it (not a problem since Safeway is across the street).
Enjoyed going to the pool each day with my daughter. If conditions are right, the area of the beach left of the hotel (facing the water) is perfect for young kids.
