This unit (#345) is a top floor, corner, direct oceanfront unit. It is part of the beach front complex, Islander on the Beach, located in Kapa'a, Kauai. It was the first unit selected for purchase out of all others when the complex was transitioned from a hotel to a condotel. It is one of the most desired units in the entire complex!!

Unit #345 is located on six lushly landscaped oceanfront acres. It features a balcony/lanai where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and complete or partial ocean views and are only a few strides away from a private beach.

Soak up the sun in the ocean-side pool, or relax in the Jacuzzi while sipping a Mai Tai from the poolside Tiki Hut bar. There are also gas BBQ grills by the pool free to use as well as an Activities Desk in the lobby to plan excursions and such.

Centrally located in the town of Kapa'a, you are 30 miles from both the north and south shores. The enchanting Wailua River and Fern Grotto are less than two miles from the complex where you can boat, hike, and/or kayak. You are also less than 200 yards from the Coconut Marketplace, which has over 30 specialty shops and restaurants.

My place is close to public transport, the city center, and the airport. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the coziness, and the views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

We shall not be held liable for work taking place around the complex at any given time. If there is work that we know about ahead of time, we will be sure to let guests know if that work will effect this condo or surrounding condos, if possible and if we are notified timely. Sometimes, that is not the case and we are surprised to hear some form of repair or work is taking place. By reserving this unit and agreeing to terms and conditions with the reservation, you understand we will not be held liable for those types of situations and no refund or change of room will be made, unless the type of work materially impacts the specific unit you are staying in to make it inhabitable.

Wow, what a great location! Listening to the sound of the waves is so relaxing! This condo is about as close to the water as you can get. Beautiful views right out your door! The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Comfy bed, spacious bathroom and plenty of fridge space for some food. Brad was so easy to work with and responds to emails promptly. We loved being able to use the Kauai guidebook during our stay. This condo in Kapaa is so central to everything on the island and walking distance so several wonderful restaurants, shopping and grocery. Kauai is be far the most beautiful of the Hawaiian islands and we hope to come back again to do more exploring!

The view is incredible and the property is quiet and located right on the beach. Central location of Kappa was great for trip to the canyon as well as Northshore!! I will defiantly rent at Islander with Brad again!

My wife and I went here to get married and enjoy our time with one another. The location and space that we had was only footsteps from the beach, amazing sounds of the waves crashing at night, and all for a great price. We would highly recommend this place for anyone just wanting to get away and enjoy the slow down of Kauai. We will definitely be going back to Kauai and if this place were available we would book it in a heartbeat.

There is nothing more important to me then my vacation. With this property I was able to relax with the Pacific Ocean steps from my sliding glass door. The condo was everything that the lisiting description said it was, and more. I enjoyed peaceful morning sunrises, carefree sunny days and amazing balmy nights. The property site is secure and well maintained with beuatiful flora and well manicured lawns. The pool was a refreshing tuch, and I made new friends at the pool side bar. This property is very convient with hassle free parking, close to markets and a variety of restaurants. It is easy to navigate the island from this central location. The location made it easy to see the island and enjoy all Kauai has to offer. I have highly recommended this property to my family and friends, and now to you. I look forward to our return.

Could not of been any happier!!!! Property and unit was just as advertised, if not better. The unit was more than adequate in size for a couple---and or even three up to four people. First time user on the VRBO web-site and definitely will not be my last. Brad K was awesome to deal with! Nice on-site pool, hot tub, and outside pool bar along with great restaurants within a 5 minute walk right along the beach!!! If were lucky enough to make a return trip to Kauai---will definatley book the same unit!! LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
