Can’t beat the location. I have stayed at this property multiple times. This unit was stocked with the essentials. The only thing is the bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky every time you moved. We took turns sleeping on the couch. It could have also used a good mop before we checked in. Other than that the property manager was very attentive and easy process to check in!
Washer wouldn’t work properly and had to manipulate to get it to work by adding many pans of water, forcing it to wash again to get it to rinse. Dryer worked but looked like it had caught fire once. Floor filthy. My feet would turn black if I went barefoot in the condo. This started immediately after we got there. So it wasn’t us that dirtied the floor. The shower had mold and hard water build up. Shower floor was nasty. Had to buy bleach spray to use shower safely. Pane of glass fell out of front door, exposing us to anyone who wished to look in on us. So embarrassing. The promise to fix the next day didn’t happen. My complaints led them to fix it the second day. Due to filth in the shower and the floor, plus the door exposing us to anyone and not getting fixed as promised, I would not rent again.

Stay was convenient for 1st time in Maui to get to where we wanted to go. The condo was decent. I would say the kitchen definitely should be gutted and bathroom was decent. Bed was great. Definitely need to clean dust from above bedroom closest. New patio chairs were nice. Couch was gross and stained. Nice property grounds. Quick easy walk to a nice beach. Felt safe. Overall was a decent stay. Communication was great with questions I had.
Very dirty, plus has not been tended to for a long time. Baseboards off, very dated; doors to closet, etc. very hard to open; etc. Just walking on the floors, feet became black. Looks nice in photo, but BEWARE. Friends were in a unit as well, and paid less money... beautiful view, updated, clean. We spent a good portion of our time in their unit for obvious reasons.
Nice apartment in a résidence very close to thé Beach
What a wonderful experience and a wonderful condo for our family. The beach chairs, towels, and cooler were an amazing resource for us and the beach literally across the street was so perfect for all of the family. Communication was great and all of our needs were met. Everything exceeded expectations and we will definitely stay here again.
The apartment was well equipped, the cleanliness was average. It's in a great spot which compensates a little. There is only a mobile ac in the living eoom and fans in the bedroom which is a top floor apartment so it's get a bit hot. I know cockroaches are common in the area but I saw the largest roach in my life there. I hunted it down. The furniture is a bit old.
Everything from booking to checking out was made easy. Staff were easily accessible, any emails I sent were responded to promptly and always in a friendly manner. I can’t say enough good things about this place and the team who run it.
This was the perfect place to stay with my husband. We lived that we could walk to the beach or take a very quick drive to MANY other beaches. We were also able to walk to restaurants. Traffic was a bit crazy at certain times of the day, but we got food at avoiding that.
We LOVED having coffee and happy hour on the patio, trying an amazing view for sun sets and sun rises.
Maui is such a romantic place, be aware a lot of the condos have open windows ;)
In dire need of a deep clean. Kitchen cupboards in real rough shape; shower air vent is rusted; shower door track is rusted and corroded; lanai furniture needs replacing (filthy cushions and one chair is in need of repair); ceiling fans need servicing( only one speed) and ceiling itself is littered with dust bunnies.
Least appealing property we rented in past 15 years.
The property location is amazing! Couldnt ask for a bettwe one in Kihei. Check in was seamless and parking wss perfect. Loved there was in unit laundry as our luggage didn't arrive so uses that daily. There was lawn chair's for us to use we used that daily. Bed was supwe comfy and everything was very clean. My ONLY complaint was the kitchen could use a facelift. Alot of the cabinet door front's were missing and a couple baseboard were missing. The kitcjen was not inviting but we used for quick breakfasts.
This resort isn’t worth $450 at all. The place was dirty and everything is falling apart. There is no ac and we found a roach in the bathroom! The unit is so old. When we got there, we asked someone to help us with parking and the girl we talked to didn’t even care. Just gave me the look! Long story short, I didn’t get the parking pass we needed and still got a notice letter in the morning! Terrible experience. Never going back and I wish I could get at least the property fees back!!!! Stay away!
