Great location, lovely pool, easy to find once we realized there were two ABC Stores on S Kihei Street.
We loved the location of this condo! We walked to the beach every morning with our coffee to start the day. It is fully stocked with everything you need with a large living space and lanai. Brad was responsive and accomodating. We would absolutely stay here again.
This unit is very centrally located in Kihei. Access to the beach is just a short walk away and there are many restaurants around to choose from. This is my second time staying in this unit and I would do it again. Brad is very quick to communicate with you if needed. Highly rated.
Great location for walking to shops, restaurants and beautiful beaches. The condo has very spacious living areas and Lanai. Included all the beach activities so we didn’t have to rent—snorkel, chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards. The hosts were easy to communicate with and accommodating. Pool and spa area was great as well! We loved this beautiful Hawaiian condo!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is cozy, clean and has a very well equipped kitchen. The private lanai is a great place to relax. The beach is just a 3-minute walk down the street and a lot of cute cafes and stores are close by. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was great.We would definitely come back!
Well kept property with beautiful flowers and trees. Comfy condo with full kitchen supplies. As described. The condo does have lots of labels and instructions as mentioned by other guests. It was so nice to have an easy walk down to the beach and to the shops. Kehei is a busy little town, but the condo is tucked away in a quiet corner with a beautiful and private sitting area.
The property was in the best location, easy access to the beach and very comfortable! We couldnt be more happy with our stay, the property was clean and we will definitely be back for future visits! Hopefully with the same property! Overall we were very please with our stay!!
The location is fantastic for getting around. Walking distance to the beach and so.e shopping. Really no view at all from the condo. The condo felt a little dated. My only complaints were the air conditioning could only be set to run for 1 hour. We got in let and it was really hot so had to wait to go to sleep. Then woke up sweating and had to get up and turn the air back on. Getting luggage to the condo from the parking area isn't easy either. The best thing is location and price.
Has everything you could need and more. Perfect distance to walk places nearby and drive to cool spots. Owners made everything super easy to navigate with getting keys and where to park. Definitely one of the best places you could stay on the island. Thank you for everything!
My wife and I thought it was a great location, only a short walk to the beach. Very good communication with the property manager. Everything was as advertised. We would definitely stay again.
Overall, the condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything that we needed for our stay.
The building, like most on Maui, has seen better days, but it's well-maintained. Some things are a bit dated, but everything was functional and the furniture, etc, in the unit itself was clean and comfortable.
It was located just up the hill from the beach, a small park, and the main street with shops and restaurants. Great location!
I would certainly stay at this condo again on another trip to Maui.
The condo is very conveniently located and was super clean. We rented this condo and the one. Ext to it and it worked out so well. Was a great time!
It had all the extra's a person would need for a stay. The storage cabinet was well stocked with beach chairs, 2 beach umbrella's, sand toys, snorkle equip & boogie boards.
The air conditioner had to work hard to cool down the room, unfortunately it is right by the TV so the added noise didn't help. Lots of fans & ceiling fans to move the air.
Parking: We parked in the lower lot & got a notice on our car that we would be towed since we were parked in "owners" parking even though we had the registration slip in the window. Had to park at the top of the hill in "Guest" parking so that walk to get the car was tough in the heat & humidity.
