Let's talk about our place in Maui =)

We are located at the Maui Banyan in South Kihei, situated at an ocean side location on the sunny southwest coast of Maui. Our unit is directly across the street from one of the most beautiful beaches on the Island, Kamaole Beach Park I and II.

The Maui Banyan is a beautifully well maintained paradise resort condo with a tennis court, two swimming pools, soothing hot tubs and barbecues available for your use to sear your steak and Mahi Mahi after a full day of activities.

This condo has two bedrooms, one of them in a lock off room, and can comfortably sleep 5 people. Our property has been updated to include tiled shower and floors. Also includes new quartz counter tops and cabinets. We also have two flat screen televisions, two king beds as well as a sleeper sofa. Our unit includes washer, dryer, fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. We also have smaller appliances available including toaster, blender, rice maker, waffle iron and coffee maker. Free long distance calls to Canada and the United States provided. Free WIFI included during your stay with us.

Plenty of free parking is available on the grounds if you will be using a car. More beautiful beaches, shopping and restaurants are just a short walk away.

Our family of 4 stayed in the 2 bedroom unit, it was well equipped with plenty of room for us. The property grounds and amenities were great and well maintained. The location is virtually beach front while being oriented away from the main street minimizing exposure to the traffic. I would certainly stay again, and would highly recommend this property to others.

Thank you Dave and Dixie. Great communication. Only regret is we couldn’t stay here the full 5 days as our flights were delayed and we had to rebook. Sleeping arrangements for a tall 13 and 17 year old teens was great with the second bedroom and the pullout couch. Cupboards were filled with some basic cooking essentials. Overall short but great stay.

Dave and Dixie are excellent hosts who provided transparent, rapid and concise answers to inquiries and provide a clean well-equipped condo which is conveniently located near beach, shops and restaurants. The grounds of Maui Banyan are meticulously maintained and the complex peaceful. The hosts are clearly personally invested in their property and no doubt see return customers based on the wonderful experience of staying there.

This was easy to rent and a great place to stay. With one of our party using a mobility scooter, e we really appreciate the fact that there were no impediments to easy access in and out of the building and the unit. We’d rent that unit again in a minute. With Kam II beach immediately across the street, and restaurants within walking distance and covered garage parking space, it was PERFECT for us.

I can’t say enough about how easy the whole process was. Dave promptly replied to any of our questions and checked in with us a few times to make sure everything was going smoothly. The unit was clean and well stocked. The property was divine with gorgeous foliage surrounding the lanais making it probate with perfect tropical ambiance..kamaole beach 2 was just across the street and honestly we had no desire to go much farther than that. We probably saw at least 6 sea turtles up close. Amazing vacation, amazing rental, and an even better host. Thanks Dave and Dixie 💚💚💚
