We really loved it!! Few steps from the pool, Waking distance to beaches, restaurants and shopping plazas. Really quiet at night. I really recomend it to everyone. Im not sure if it get rented often but I hope it does because it is well located
Our 4th stay at Kamaole Sands, all 4 units have been great. First floor is nice for loading/unloading. Unit was clean and well provisioned. Easy check in and communication. Walk to beach, Wailea and Kihei. Would definitely stay again.
We had the best time staying in this unit. The beds were comfortable, showers were great. It was fully stocked with whatever we needed. Dave was seriously the best host and so easy to deal with! This was our third stay here at Kamaole Sands and this was by far our favourite unit to stay in and will definitely book again!
We have stayed at this property before, love it every time! Owners are very generous with several beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon and coolers… also beach towels!! Property is safe, quiet and convenient to Kam 3, close to Wailea without the Wailea price!! Murphy bed in the living area is remarkably comfortable! People staying after us will enjoy a new washer and dryer, maybe next time for us!!Mahalo for your hospitality
We always love the ground floor units at this complex. This unit is well stocked with beach gear - Towels, boogie boards, chairs, sand toys and we loved the beach wagon!
Condo was the perfect fit for our family, super close to the pool, yet not loud from the pool. Kids were very happy with the beach toys! Will definitely book again if returning.

Great condo with perfect location right across from Kamoale Beach III and close proximity to all the gorgeous Kihei beaches! This condo close to pool/weightroom which made it very convenient.
Dave is great at responding promptly to my questions even when I called him very late at night/early morning as I did not figure out the keypad entry to our condo.
Will definitely return in future!

Great unit location to pool and workout areas, just steps away out of the ground level lanai. Overall excellent location to walk to coffee, restaurants, beach/sunsets and shops. Unit is well equipped with beach gear. Booking, check-in any any questions during our stay were addressed/answered immediately by owner. Lovely stay in Maui!!
