The unit was clean, spacious, and had a great view of the ocean. We could hear the waves from the unit, and it was easy to access the beach. What’s holding this back from being rated 5 stars is the lack of blackout curtains in the bedrooms and the bathtubs being outdated.
This is our 2nd time staying here at Vickie’s condo. It was just as wonderful as the last visit. The place has everything you need for your vacation and more! A fully equipped kitchen/condo, great beach access and an amazing view. Vickie is such a great host who responds quickly to messages and makes sure her guest are happy. Thank you again for a lovely stay!
We had a great stay! A little snafu with receiving the door code but property manager was on it!
Only suggestion is to maybe add a cleaning supply, windex, Clorox wipes to clean the glass top surfaces during the stay.
We were very happy with our stay in 215 and would definitely stay here again. You can't find a better accessible beach! This is our 2nd stay at the Mana Kai and I really like the location of this unit. Its on the 2nd floor and at the far end of the beach, (still a great view!) even though its close to the ground floor its still very quiet because it's away from the pool and the yard everyone hangs out at, another cool thing is the front bedroom near the entrance does not have the walkway in front of it because it is on the end. The beds were pretty comfy, one is really firm and the other is soft. Both bathrooms have tub showers but have hand rails in them. The air conditioning and fans all work great. The patio furniture is comfy. Only cons: If you like to do a lot of you own cooking the pots and pans really need to be replaced and the dishwasher is on its last leg. We mostly ate out and did dishes by hand or only used the bottom rack of the dishwasher. The front bedroom window seal whistles in high winds. Don't let these things stop you from renting this unit because the price of the rental far out ways these minor details.

It was well cleaned and tidy. The condo comes with a beautiful view of the ocean from your bedroom and living room that leads to the patio. Which was a great way to wake up in morning. We also loved having our morning coffee on the patio. You can also enjoy listening to the sounds of waves crashing in the ocean from the condo throughout the day. Our two young boys enjoyed being able to walk down to the beach and then hop to the pool after. I had a lot of questions prior to our trip and the host was very informative and quick to respond. We will definitely stay here again!
