Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at ...

Nice location. Beautiful views. The master bedroom tub was clogged and not drained prior to our arrival. I called the manager, they said they were sending someone to look at it. No one ever came. So the whole family of 6 just used the other shower.

My coworkers really enjoyed staying here. it was centrally located and close to Ala Moana mall where we are doing work. Clean and easy to access. great amenities and view. Will consider again for a vacation stay. thank you.

Was a great stay. Except we were 6 of us and one of the bathtub was clogged. Otherwise all was good. Great place to make memories. I definitely will recommend to family and friends.

Great location for sunsets, restaurants, excursions. Living space is comfortable for just chilling after a trip to the beach. Kitchen is stocked for cooking if you choose to.

The view is excellent overlooking marina/lagoon and wrap around to city.
The property was in decent shape....the kitchen and furniture was nice. The main issue we had was the A/C unit in the main area was extremely loud. They had it replaced while we were there but it was just as noisy as the initial one. I believe the unit is not high quality and the insulation needs to be thicker to eliminate the rattling. It was so loud we turned it off at night since you cannot sleep.
Other than that the stay was enjoyable.

The condo was very roomy and comfortable and had everything needed. Check in and dealing with property manager was easy. We love the Ilikai location and would rent this unit again.
