The Master has a New Purple Mattress, full King-Size bed and tropical ensemble as well as its own 42 inch HD TV. This unit is located on the Lakes Golf Course Hole 3 and discounted rates are available.
If you prefer water sports there is snorkeling, boogie boarding and wind surfing at Anaeho'omalu Bay right across the road. The Hilton has a great Dolphin Experience and One Love also has Whale Watching in Season. Nearby is the World Famous Hapuna Beach, a mile long stretch of white sand with complete facilities and just a few miles away. We had a fabulous stay in Craig Wilson’s Waikoloa Beach Villas condo. All communication with Craig was positive, prompt and informative. He’s definitely an owner who cares about his guests and has a lovely tone and manner.
The condo was very well stocked. Guests will not have to purchase basics (TP, laundry soap, shampoo etc). The kitchen is well supplied as well. This is the first condo we’ve stayed in that has a salad spinner … a small item, but so very useful!
The location of the Waikoloa Beach Villas is ideal. It’s such a walkable area with two outdoor shopping malls next door and a 4 km safe, tropical circular route to walk or jog. This unit backs onto the golf course and is very close to the pool. New umbrellas around the pool deck were installed while we were there giving guests a choice between sun and shade.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was great!

This was a very well-maintained unit in a nice Waikoloa development with great personal support from property manager Bennett. We were pleasantly surprised by the relaxing view of the golf course with lots of greenery and birdsong.

Excellent location. Unit is at the end of the property looking onto the 3rd tee. What a relaxing way to start the day, breakfast on the lanai and watching golfers tee it up. Within walking distance to Queen’s and Kings Marketplace’s. Many restaurants also in walking distance. Pools are great. Unit is clean and very comfortable. Owners are more than accommodating. Would definitely stay at this property in the future. 5 star.

Check in process with Bennett was easy and informative, Bennett was very kind and helpful. Location and amenities were great. Kitchen was very well appointed, king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, and the pool is very close to the unit. Just want to note that the barbecue is a common barbecue located at the pool. Overall, a great property, wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend it!

This is a prefect property at the resort. It sits right on a tee-off for the golf course so you get to people watch all morning. Walking distance to shops, LavaLava and the beach!
Only 1 personal issue - master bed is Too soft. For most it would feel like a cloud! Unfortunately my back needed the firmer guest bed. Glad there was a difference (firm vs soft).

Our second stay here was every bit as good as the first and we hope to come back! It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and well-stocked for our extended stay. Bennett, the property manager, was friendly, available, and helpful. It was reassuring to know he was there and ready to assist in any way. The owner was responsive, gracious and welcoming. We are grateful we had the opportunity to be there! Highly recommended.
