I originally booked this unit in Waikoloa that still had some small maintenance issues, including the balcony screen. On our first night, a neighbor even knocked on our door about quiet hours, which made the start of the stay a bit stressful.The real highlight, however, was how incredibly professional and responsive the property management company, Coldwell Banker, was. They listened to my concerns, acted quickly, and smoothly transitioned us into another unit under their management. From that point on, I was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation without further worries.Thanks to their help, what could have been a frustrating experience turned into a relaxing and memorable stay. I really appreciate their customer care and would gladly book a property managed by them again.

Day one we notified Caldwell Banker Island Vacations that the lanai screen falls off the track and was not usable. They never had anyone come by. It needs a new screen. The guest bedroom needs the window screen replaced as it is breaking apart and the bed is way too hard. This condo will hold 4 people total to be comfortable moving around. It’s a small unit and 6 people would not be ideal. The kitchen is nice as well as the bathrooms and it was very clean upon on arrival. The Britta water filter came in very handy. It’s in the second story so carrying heavy suitcases can be tricky. We love the location since we used to live in this neighborhood. Suggested a bigger sofa in living room as the one there is not great and recliners in weird place to watch tv. Would replace all that’s there now with functional pieces. Bar stools can be removed too to open space up.
