The property has everything we needed and was very comfortable all around. We would definitely return.
Location is nice, check in was horrible, couldn't a response from management company, thought I was going to have to get a hotel room at a resort. Little things were wrong in condo. I come over once a quarter for work, not sure I'll do this again, over priced.
The sofa and chairs could use some updating not very comfortable. the foam bed needs a new mattress due to the center has a dip in the center of it
Good location, lots of equipment including golf clubs, lots of water equipment/toys. I wish the sheets were marked for their size.
The rental was not ready at 4PM as listed. I had to wait three hours until 7 PM to check in. Unacceptable as this changed all plans for that day. The property manager was not truthful in the reason as I had talked with the cleaners. For a vacation rental this is not what we paid for. All fee should be refunded.
Very clean, well appointed condo. Convenient location to access golf, stores, and local beaches. Highly recommended.
Very convenient for the purpose of my stay
Was in the area with my daughter looking to rent her an apartment as she is moving to the big island. We like Waikoloa Villagw so much she rented in a nearby complex right down the road.
Fantastic unit, great location, and lots of amenities. Pictures and expectations all met. One of the cleanest properties we have stayed at. Well stocked with basic necessities and lots of extras for play on the beach and in the water.
We really enjoyed our stay at this clean, well-supplied 1 BR condo in Waikoloa Village. The amenities provided were excellent, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The information provided was very helpful, and it's clear that the owners enjoy making their guests feel welcome and at home.
