The property for our stay was absolutely wonderful! Our unit was on the ground floor at the end of the property. Very comfortable and quiet with the lanai overlooking the golf course and the ocean. It has a well-stocked kitchen with appliances and utensils. Great handicapped bathrooms for my 94-year-old mom! She was comfortable and truly enjoyed the view, especially the grand turkeys that marched in front of the lanai! Thank you for a memorable vacation! I would rent this condo again!

We stayed at Waikoloa Village to participate in an Ironman. The quiet atmosphere was appreciated. However, the welcome book had only the bylaws of the condo association, no details of the pool location or access, no WIFI code. We reported the lack of WIFI and were told to look again! Finally once I was angry the agent relented to give us the code in a text. As for the pool facilities we did not bother calling. On day three we saw an employee who helped us out.

Overall this property is great, especially the particular location of this unit- quick walk to the pool (outdoor bbqs and a fridge are there), as well as a beautiful view of the golf course. This ground floor unit is great for small children, they would run around the golf course during sunset and loved watching for the wild turkeys and goats. The location means you have to drive a lot (beaches, ice cream etc) but it is certainly a beautiful spot. The unit is well stocked with everything you need. We really appreciated having sand toys and chairs so we didn’t need to buy these items when we arrived. Only complaint is that there was no pack and play, and the cost to rent was quite high (I could have bought a new one for the cost of 9 days).

The property is very nice. Condo was clean and has pretty much everything we needed to start out. It’s a little dated tho but all in all we had a lovely time.

It was a lovely condo but missed being on the water. Overall it was a very nice place .... It might have been nice to have AC... we didn’t get much breeze through the house but thankfully there were a lot of fans to keep us relatively comfortable!

The process from start to finish was so easy to understand. We questioned “No AC” but learned right away why. The temperature was comfortable and the multiple oscillating fans in all the rooms provided the best nights sleep I could’ve asked for. And to top it off, the location provided a beautiful sunset from our backyard. Just lovely!
