This is the third time we’ve stayed at this property. Everything went smooth. The property is close to shopping , golfing and the beach.Raquel and Daryl were great host.
We loved our second stay at this property! Just a couple small things - the floors overall could use a good cleaning! The guest bathroom drains slowly in the bathtub, and we had some issues getting hot water in the main kitchen sink. We LOVE all of the amenities in the complex and condo. Darryl and Raquel are amazing hosts and we can't wait to come back again!

This is our second stay at F4 and both times have been very good. Perfect location to the shops , entertainment and beaches .The owners are very easy to get along with making everything go smooth right down to a late check out for us .Mahalo
We've stayed in Fairway Villas before so we were familiar with the development. Location to shopping, entertainment, restaurants and beaches is great. The unit had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The unit could use an overall deep clean. We found food under the bed and the main bathroom sinks drained very slowly. The shower glass has hard water stains. Dishwasher wasn't cleaning dishes. Communicated problems with owner and they responded quickly. very easy check in and check out process.
We had an amazing stay and will be back next year. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Raquel & Daryl are a lovely couple and so easy to work with.
As everyone else said, perfect place for your vacay! Nothing to complain abour it. We hope to come back very soon.

The house has everything you need to enjoy fully the Big Island. Super well located, with shop and beach in a walking distance. Communication with the owner is easy and in timely manner.
Perfect location, had everything we needed. Walked to beach, restaurants, shopping. Great pool. Quiet. Overlooked golf course. Will look to rent this one again.
The location of condo is great. Very close to shopping and ocean. Short walk to beach close to Marriott. Love that the queens and kings shops are walking distance. The owner seems very friendly and very receptive. The condo is sufficient and has all we needed. Love the little extras like few common medicines, bug spray, sun screens, soaps and towels and extra sheets. The only thing I might add is a dust pan and maybe some new pots and pans. We had a few hiccups
The unit was perfect for our family. It was located close to the pool and was within walking distance to both the beach and the shops. The price was also extremely reasonable. Daryl and Raquel are very responsive hosts. We will definitely be staying here if we return to the Big Island.
The check-in process was easy to understand, and the owner was very kind and wonderful. There was even kitchenware and beach chairs provided, so we had a comfortable stay.
We recently stayed at this wonderful condo in Waikoloa and couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. The location is unbeatable, with convenient proximity to shopping, beaches, the best coffee shop and shave ice , and gas station. Everything we needed was just a short walk or drive away.
The condo itself was a dream come true. It was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a beach day – from umbrellas and chairs to coolers, boogie boards, and snorkels. This made our beach outings so effortless and enjoyable. Additionally, the kitchen was equipped with all the essentials, allowing us to prepare our meals with ease. We particularly loved having breakfast on the patio, overlooking the beautiful golf course.
The amenities at the condo complex were also top-notch. The infinity pool and hot tub provided a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring, and the fitness center was a great addition for maintaining our workout routine.
We also greatly appreciated the owners leaving lines of communication open throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and responsiveness added to our positive experience and made us feel well taken care of.
Overall, this condo in Waikoloa exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect setting for a memorable vacation. We highly recommend families looking for a convenient, well-equipped, and comfortable place to stay in Hawaii.
From the start to the end of our stay everything was just perfect. The place was very clean, had everything we needed, plus extras. The instructions and communication without issues. Priced just right without exorbitant fees charged by other agencies infiltrating the VRBO, airbn...vacasa etc. That's what is suppose to look like, no middle man, just the owner and you. We have used multiple properties at the Fairway Villas and this one was absolutely terrific! We had 2 separate units for this trip but this was our home base and we couldn't be happier with our stay.

The condo has a great walkable location in the Waikōloa Beach area. Unit has everything you need for a great vacation; beach chairs, toys, umbrellas and coolers; a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. We would definitely stay again!
We’ve stayed in Fairway Villas a number of times over the years and always have enjoyed the resort location.
This is the first time we have stayed in this unit and everything worked out well .
Communication was very easy with the owners .
When we asked about a late check out they were very accommodating.
Looking forward to our next year stay .

We had a great stay at this condo. The unit was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and fitness center. The location was convenient to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The communication with the owners was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a wonderful vacation and condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Will be back for sure.
This unit is well priced, the complex pool is nice as well. The unit is well stocked with beach necessities. The unit is worn down but it didn’t impact our enjoyment. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The only complaint we had was the dishwasher which only gets half the dishes clean no matter how you load or pre wash the dishes. The check in and check out process was very easy. We tidied up when we left but unlike some other units we weren’t instructed to do laundry, clean etc etc. It was easy to get in contact with the managers.

The host had all the necessary items available for cooking & playing! The location was a 15 min walk to the beach & 5 min walk to the shops & store. the place was & felt secure. Everything was excellent!
