Welcome to Casa de Emdeko #B221. This 900 sq ft unit is perfect for 2-4 people. The primary bedroom has a comfortable California king bed with television. The living room has a sleeper sofa has a queen size memory foam mattress. The unit has WiFi and a large flat screen television for your use. The kitchen has all the appliances you need with stove, range, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle and other cooking items. Coin-op shared washer/dryer.
From this unit you look down on a beautiful inner garden and water fountain with gorgeous landscaping and a variety of birds that call Casa home. Your lanai (patio) has a wonderful sitting area as well as a high-top table for four for dinner or morning breakfast. From this unit, you have a partial ocean view. This second floor unit is close to everything (parking lot and laundry facilities) making it easy for car access. Parking is free. Only 150 yards from the ocean, your walk takes you through the garden area, past the first pool, down to a big cabana and bbq area where many guests congregate around sunset to have dinner and share stories. A second pool (saltwater), located on the water's edge is located next to a wonderful sandy sunbathing area under palm trees you can relax, read or catch the sun.
The best part, Casa is located at the 2 mile marker from town and many people walk, run or just hop on a bicycle and head down to the pier area. We fell in love on our first visit and bought this place. Relaxed, comfortable and friendly, Casa de Emdeko and the guests make this a wonderful place to stay.
*Please note that this complex has frquent temporary water shut offs. There will be no compensation for water shut offs.
Minimum night varies seasonally between 4 - 10 nights. Property is non-ADA compliant, non-smoking, and no pets allowed.

Close to everything. Walking distance to Kona and 5 mn walk to a wonderful outdoor market.
I even left extra spices for the next guest!

Iâm very happy we rented this property for our 4 days in Kona. Great locationâthe property is conveniently located. You canât necessarily walk to the downtown areasâsidewalks are practically non-existent, and itâs about a 25-30 minute walk. However, itâs a quick drive and still well located. The apartment felt smaller than I anticipated. The apartment was clean, but a little dusty. The property may have been unoccupied for sometime. The balcony view was wonderful. Fast and easy check in and check out process. Would recommend this property and would stay again.

The property was in a very convenient location for all that we wanted to do. The suite was âas shownâ on VRBO site. Kona Vacations was provided terrific service with quick replies if we needed anything!!! Would definitely choose to stay at this complex again and or choose to book with Kona Vacations

Place looked exactly like the pics. I even had the unexpected pleasure of meeting the owner while I was there. Clean, orderly, nice decor, and well equipped kitchen. I will try to stay there again.
