This VRBO listing is a fully renovated/upgraded and very well furnished/equipped condo located in the Island Surf complex in South Kihei, Maui. This condo is just a very short walk away from wonderful beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The unit includes two bedrooms (each with a Cal-King size bed), two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an open living room and dining area, and a lanai that provides a partial view of Cove Beach Park, Kalama Park, and the ocean. The lanai features bar height table seating, with four chairs, allowing guests to comfortably relax and dine out on the lanai, while enjoying the views and ocean breezes. The unit is designed to comfortably sleep four people. Guests will appreciate new ceiling fans in the living room and each bedroom, as well as a new high-end Mitsubishi split-zone air conditioning system (installed in August 2018), featuring separate modules/controllers in the main living room area as well as in each bedroom. This condo provides guests with quality renovations, furnishings, and appliances, while still offering reasonable prices! This condo is in an excellent location, just a very short walk away from beautiful beaches, surfing, paddle boarding, parks, shops, and restaurants!

The unit features tile flooring throughout the entire condo. The kitchen has been fully remodeled with wood cabinets, granite counters, new sink fixtures, and quality stainless steel appliances (including glass top stove, with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and large refrigerator with ice maker). The unit also features a new high-end, full-sized, stacked washer and dryer that is available for guest's use. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality dishware, glassware, silverware, cookware, utensils, and numerous small appliances (e.g., coffee grinder, drip coffee maker, electric tea pot, toaster, blender, rice cooker, crock pot, etc.) for guests to prepare and serve meals, saving funds for the multitude of other activities and adventures available on Maui. For those who prefer to eat meals out, there are numerous excellent restaurants within walking distance or very short drives. There are many renowned restaurants and chefs to pick from throughout Maui!

Patrick was the best host I have ever had in my travels and his place is perfect for a stay in Kihei, Maui. Patrick provided excellent directions, recommendations, and made us feel very welcome. His unit was clean, spacious, and perfectly located. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Maui!

We picked the perfect spot to stay on our vacation in Maui! Patrick is a great host who responded promptly to questions and went out of his way for us. The condo itself is centrally located to restaurants, shops and easy access to the park and beach across the street. We took long walks in the morning and loved every minute. We were delighted with the condo and every day it felt more like home because of the special touches left for guests. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed and beyond. The bedrooms are lovely with very comfortable king beds. The washer and dryer in the unit was so convenient for our needs. No need to over-pack! Patrick also provides beach gear, towels and chairs so you can grab the sunscreen and take off for the day. We were sad to leave but we will be back soon! Mahalo Patrick!

Patrick is an amazing host! The property was very clean and well stocked! He thought of everything! We loved that it had two full bathrooms and two king beds! The full size washer /dryer was appreciated too! It’s close to many restaurants and right across the street from the beach! Highly recommend staying here!

The owner has gone above and beyond to make this rental outstanding in every way. The decor made you feel like you were staying in a fancy resort. The beds were extremely comfortable and the towels were plush. This rental was stocked with the top of the line appliances, and everything you could imagine you would need such as laundry detergent, any size ziploc baggies, first aid kit, etc. He had great suggestions on where to eat and places to see while visiting. The view from the balcony was the beautiful beach. He had beach chairs and umbrellas to use while at the beach.

We had a fantastic stay at Patrick’s lovely condo. Everything you could need for kids was supplied. The condo was immaculate and everything updated. Separate AC units were very appreciated. Patrick was an excellent host, extremely accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again!

This was a great spot to stay. The owner Patrick was great and all the little extras he has in the condo are so nice. Makes it feel like a home away from home. It’s a nice central spot to almost anything in Kihei and the parking is free at the condo. If your looking for a great getaway place I would highly suggest staying here at Patrick’s.

Great central location of building in Kihei made getting around easy. Groceries, restaurants, beach, and nightlife all within walking distance. Island Surf is certainly an older building but Patrick’s unit is updated and fantastically equipped. Would recommend to anyone looking for a two bedroom option in South Maui.

We just got back from our two week stay and are already planning our next visit. We have nothing but great things to say about the condo. Gracious/flexible hosts, super clean, fully stocked with everything you need (and then some), perfect central location with a great sunset view, comfy king beds, washer/dryer, parking, etc. It was so nice to have the conveniences of home while away (from Tupperware, ice maker, cooler, beach gear, blender for my smoothies, even a crockpot and sewing needles and thread). Our boys loved to play volleyball across the street at sunset while we enjoyed a cocktail on the lanai- such a wonderful holiday! We highly recommend this condo! Mahalo Patrick and Neda
