Small kids out of control in the pool. Screaming, footballs being thrown, unattended children. You need to enforce the rules. We'll look for other options.

Condo was super clean, smelled great upon entry. This location is excellent. Not stuck in the middle of expensive resorts so there were many family dining options. Older property but the grounds are excellent. Perfect grass with golf green, tennis and pickle ball, shuffle board, nice pool and hot tub. Kumulani staff were responsive and check in was easy.
We enjoyed the location; the grounds were especially well kept and very clean. The unit was as described and had more than expected items inside. The unit blew a fuse at night, and the Maintenace staff was there quickly to fix. We hope to return.
We had a great stay. Love the condo and facilities. Can't wait to come back.

Good location. It was easy to make a reservation and the condo was well equipped. The only draw backs were the A/C was noisy and there was something that made a noise like a smoke alarm that needs the battery changed and it only occurred at night
