We very much enjoyed our 7-night stay in this Palms condo. Brian was an excellent host as he was always available to answer our questions and did everything to ensure that our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The unit is exactly as pictured and was complete with everything we needed. We really appreciated all the beach items – towels, chairs, and umbrella, along with the hard side cooler which we used everyday as we visited every corner of the island during our stay. We valued the proximity to town with the beaches, restaurants, and grocery store five to ten minutes away yet just a few minutes from Highway 31 making it a good base for the longer day trips to Hana and Haleakalā. Hopefully, we will return to Maui soon, and with any luck we will rebook with Brian for that vacation.
We had booked Brian’s condo for our honeymoon and it was exactly as advertised. Brian was super keen on having the place clean and also provided some lovely recommendations around the island while being available for any questions we had during our stay. 10/10 will be back again.

Unit was clean and as expected from the listing. The description of the unit lists a bbq on the lanai. Unfortunately, there is no bbq on the lanai. Please update the listing for future guests. Thanks.
I really enjoyed the condo at the palms. We had a good space, nice balcony, and it also came with some of the necessities for laundry and dishes. I would have liked to know clearly it had central air or not, but we made it work with the bedroom air and windows. I would definitely stay here again.

My 12 year old and I just stayed at this unit. It was very clean, spacious, close to the pool and beach!
Location in Wailea is perfect-close to shops and restaurants. We loved it and will definitely go back and stay again. The hosts were lovely and very attentive. They helped us with suggestions, things to do and were prompt in replying to our questions.

We’ve rented condos in Wailea from this host several times before but not this property or this condo community. We were very pleased with the well appointed and large condo, and especially the large private lanai equipped with a gas grill. The unit has a small but fully equipped kitchen , which allows for a larger than usual living space. The bedroom is up a few stairs and down a long hall and feels very secluded and private. The lanai off the living space is spacious and equipped with both a large seating unit but also a large table for 4 and a gas grill with a full tank of propane gas.
I love to cook so made most of our meals from local Maui ingredients and ate them on the lanai. The condo is also fully equipped with beach umbrella, chairs, cooler etc - more than you need for the beach. But the best thing we discovered was that the beach is walkable - at the bottom of the complex and across the street - and a good beach for both swimming and snorkeling. Within minutes snorkeling, we saw several turtles.
There’s only a small glimpse of the ocean from the condo, but the west Maui mountains could be seen from the king bed when I awake each morning and the privacy more than made up for it.
All in all a very nice rental property.
