Very good location. 5 min walk for beaches. Many stores close to condo. Local food store, gift shops, coffee, rental for activities. Great location. Everything what we need and even more was found on kitchen. Our flight was late on 6 hours and we text manager and he was come and help us to found our condo. It was very nice because it is was a later time close to the night. Thank you very much!

The condo was updated, clean and perfectly located. Kamaole Beach is a two minute walk. The grounds of the condo complex are lush and frequently manicured. Great spot!

Beautiful family friendly property! Perfect spacious condo on the ground floor. Wonderful communication from the hosts and easy check in. We had small children with us and the condo was great! Pool is fun, grounds are beautiful. Highly recommend. We traveled for our weddding and everyone stayed in different condos at this location. It was magical!

Kamaole Sands is a great property to base your Maui adventure. It has well groomed grounds, a nice pool and is across from the beach. The unit is very clean, tastefully updated and has all the required amenities and more. We’ve stayed in other units in the past and this was by far the best all round. The bed in the living room was not as pictured and was quite firm. The owner was very quick to respond to all of our communication and gave clear concise information and instructions for the unit. The only issue we had that caused us some concern was that we were not aware that construction was ongoing on the property when I booked the unit and only found out due to a post on Reddit. However, in the end, it honestly had no impact on our stay as the building we were staying in wasn’t currently being worked on. Overall, we highly recommend this unit and would love to stay again.

Clean comfortable great location
This was our first time on Maui. The location of this area was excellent. Wonderful gated community. Very clean and so pretty. Excellent on site accommodations. First floor was a favorite of this location. Easy walk to the beach. Will definitely be returning!
We recently stayed at this beautiful condo and it was perfect for our family. We travelled with our two young boys who shared the living room area (fold down couch and a pack and play we brought). The fold down couch worked great for our 5 year old. It worked well to have the bedroom as far away from living room to accommodate naps and earlier bedtimes for the kids. The condo was clean and well stocked. We loved the pool and utilized the pickleball courts a number of times. We enjoyed the walkability to the beach and nearby restaurants. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again!
This was a great place to stay in Maui with quick access to all amenities needed including groceries, beaches, and restaurants. We really loved the family friendly aspects of Kameole Sands in general and the condo was really easy to stay in. It was clean, there were lots of supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms and plenty of items for the beach. Will be back!
Mark and Chris's condo is fantastic! Kamaole Sands is a great complex. All employees there were polite, helpful and friendly. The pool is beautiful and well-maintained with lots of trees and shady spots. I made use of the well-equipped indoor gym beside the pool. The barbecues are plentiful and cleaned daily.
When you are walking around the complex sometimes you get a glance into other condos and Chris and Mark's is fabulously updated compared to some. The gorgeous tile floors, the beautiful updated kitchen, and the central air are all much appreciated. There are 2 TV's, and a great washer and dryer. The kitchen has all the little details you need with new appliances, an ice-maker, spices, a blender, a drip coffee maker and a fancy new Keurig, which we really enjoyed. The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The Sleep Numbers bed was very comfortable. Having two bathrooms was a real plus and both had showers: Hubbie and I each had our own bathroom just like at home! We had our morning coffee each day out on the lovely patio. We didn't notice any road noise.
They have you supplied with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, a cooler, a beach bag, and snorkeling equipment. The beach is right across the street.
This was our second 3 week stay there and we are already looking at rebooking for next year. The manager, Darrel was very responsive and so were Chris and Mark. Top-notch!
This updated condo is located close to the ocean, which is a major plus for me. Central air is a true blessing. Very nice and the grounds are just lovely. Great place to stay.
Fair at best for the money. Needs some upkeep. Air conditioner noisy and blows hot air on Lanai. Just a bit dated. Could use better furniture. Bathroom towel hangers broken. Bedroom shower has standing water while in use so you standing in shower while showering.
We had an absolutely fantastic experience. The home was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here. Great location, walking distance from restaurants, shops and beaches. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable stay. Wonderful time visiting friends. The Property manager was great.
The place was amazing. Main bedroom shower has great water pressure and the kitchen was stocked with more items than expected. The location is amazing given 3 beaches are very close.
Although we have been to Maui before, this was our first time to Kihei and it did not disappoint. Kihei is certainly special. There are a ton of things to do, the weather on this side of the island was gorgeous and the the condo was in close proximity to everything! The condo provided every amenity you would ever need. Definitely a “home away from home”. We would definitely stay here again! Mahalo
Clean, comfortable condo. This was our third time staying here. Located across the street from Kamaole Beach3. King size bed, comfortable queen size sofa bed (medium firm…no steel bar! ). New central AC ( not a window unit ) very effective cooling. Cool natural stone floors, (also keep things cool) Two bathrooms. Large Whirlpool washer and dryer. Total granite countertops, throughout. All the beach supplies you need….chairs, umbrellas etc. Also…try to compare the cost of this condo to any hotel on Maui…!

Chris and Mark were wonderful hosts. We have stayed at Kamaole Sands before and this condo exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully renovated with high quality touches like the dishes, towels, and very comfortable king size bed. The ground floor location was our favourite part as it was like having our own private little back yard. Highly recommend to any families looking to stay in sunny Kihei!
This condo is only a 5 minute walk to the beach, and we found the value compared to other places we’ve stayed to be exceptional.
The condo was very well equipped with all the needed gear and the kitchen was also complete with all the hardware needed. The unit is very well maintained and very clean.
I wouldn't hesitate to book this unit again next year.
