Kapalua Ridge 711-13 is a stunningly beautiful remodeled Honolua Bay/Sunrise ocean view with more than 2200 square feet of space. Every detail has been thought out & executed with class & quality. This villa has two spacious bedrooms and three full baths for up to 6 guests. It is situated within the world class, prestigious Kapalua Resort on Maui’s northwest shore.
Ridge 711-13 is an exceptionally private villa located at the top of a quiet cul de sac in a tropical park like setting with unobstructed ocean/Honolua Bay/sunrise views from every room. The villa is a ground floor level floor plan with no stairs & is easy to access from the covered attached carport to the front door. We do not have AC, we have decorator fans in each room and rely on the lovely (we believe in green) natural Maui trade winds for our cooling. This charming retreat features an enormous wrap around lanai (Hawaiian for “patio”) large enough for a teak dining table for 6, comfy seating perfect for enjoying the soft Maui trade winds, sunrise over Honolua Bay & the green West Maui Mountains. As an added extra this villa has prime seats for the occasional spectacular fireworks show produced by the Ritz Carlton across the fairway.
This tropical paradise villa is professionally decorated using colors from the outside – blues of the ocean, gray, turquoise, shades of brown, with splashes of reds, oranges. Furnishings are elegant and reflect the sophistication of today’s experienced travelers while remaining comfortable, homey & warm – a space perfect for family vacations, honeymooners, or guests of all ages. New carpeting and sliding doors in living room.
Kapalua Ridge 711-13 has two spacious bedrooms with a “secret” study tucked into the Master Bedroom suite with brand new California King, two twins beds in the second bedroom which may be made into a King. The Master Bedroom has a large private lanai. The living room has a new queen sofa sleeper. Three fabulous designed baths feature custom walk in showers & a large soaking tub in the Master. The well stocked Chef’s Kitchen is surrounded by granite counter tops, glass tile backsplash, & stainless steel appliances. There is a washer/dryer within the villa for guests’ convenience. An over sized flat screen TV in the living room entertainment center with one each in the bedrooms rounds out the homey amenities of this delightful villa.
The Ridge at Kapalua sits in the heart of the resort on 21 acres. There are two heated pools with gas grills, dining tables, showers, soda machine & herb garden for our guests use. The Ridge is known for its well maintained & lush tropical landscaped grounds overflowing with ginger, hibiscus, palms, orchids, plumeria, Shower & banana trees.
*The time reserved by you is held special for your family vacation. Because most guests book well in advance cancellation policies are strict to Hawaii. We highly recommend Travel Insurance which is very affordable. It protects both guests and owners.

This was our second stay at this property and it was just as wonderful as our first!!! We love it. The location and views are fantastic, the condo is beautifully decorated. Convenient to everything in Kapalua. And Kim Marie couldn't be more helpful and kind. We very much hope to return in the future!!

Love this spacious villa with incredible views and lanais off of every room. The main lanai wraps around the outer sides of the living room and dining room. The luscious tropical views are what you imagine Hawaii to be in your dreams. You could live in the two larger bathrooms!
Everything you need is provided; linens, kitchen etc..
The home is located in a quiet private neighborhood along the golf course and within walking distance to a beautiful beach. Both pools are just a couple minutes walk as well. Shuttling around the Kapalua neighborhood is a nice convenience too.

Overall our stay was nice. They were only a couple of small draw backs. There is a wedding chapel nearby. The party can be heard well into the night. Weddings are very popular in this area. It clearly states in the listing that the condo does not have air conditioning so this one is on me. It can be very warm and humid. I under estimated this. We visited in March. I cannot imagine staying there in the summer months. The condo has everything that you will need for your stay. The pools on the property were well maintained. Hope that you enjoy hearing the roosters crow. There are several in the area.

We came to get married and absolutely loved this condo! The views on the deck, the kitchen, the living room, the 3 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms were all clean and gave off a homey feeling. The first night, the totilets in 2 of the 3 three bathrooms were not flushing due to water being turned off? Anyways, I contacted Kim Marie and she sent over to Darren that same night about an hour late who fixed them and we had no issues the rest of the trip. The deck view is fantastic, but is a little bit of a walk to the beach. The condo does have a boogie board and multiple chairs to bring to the beach. We barbecued multiple nights as there are (2) Weber barbecues in the pool area two building down (super convenient). Overall, this place was what we expected and more and hope to be coming back sometime in the future. Thank you Matt, Bridget, and Kim Marie!

The Kapula properties are fine, but this particular first story unit is under constant attach from bugs.
We had to remove 20-30 worms each day from crawling up the walls and on the carpet. At last once a day a huge cockroach would run across the living room, eventually dying somewhere, presumable from bug spray. Also mounds of centipedes were continuously crawling in to the middle of the floor. It was pretty awful experience.
Secondly, even though beaches are close by, its a straight uphill walk back to the unit, and parking lots only have a few spaces and are always full.
The view from the unit is okay... the rest of the units in the area have a much nicer ocean view.
I would certainly not stay here again.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful vacation here. We’ve stayed at many Ridge and Bay villas over the years, and this is definitely a favorite! Very quiet and peaceful location with lovely views. Beautifully updated and decorated. Loved that the villa is all on one floor, which allowed my parents the opportunity to join us as well. We hope to return before long!
