We had very good time in Maui. I will stay again at this place. Very close to nice beaches and private beach at your backyard! Internet was good, Air condition was good (must close sliding doors) washer, dryer, lot of kitchen utensils and very spacious. We enjoyed every part of the house. Property front desk team very helpful (Thanks Tammy)
The property is absolutely amazing!! Better in person that the description and pictures!! The view…… breathtaking! Tammy was WONDERFUL!! We will be telling family and friends about this place!

This condo is two floors and very spacious. The beds and sofas were comfortable and rooms were clean. The dressers and nightstands could use replacements, as some drawers were difficult to open and showing their age. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms for our stay and all items were in good working order. Two of the bathrooms looked upgraded and beautiful. We ate on the balconies and listened to the waves each morning. The views from the balconies were gorgeous! We saw rainbows over the water many days, snorkeled below with turtles and tropical fish, and saw spinner dolphins. Snorkeling at low tide is best. There was equipment for both beach and snorkeling in an outdoor storage box on the lower balcony. The management team was incredibly nice, helpful, and gave us advice for the best beaches, restaurants, etc. I highly suggest Kaanapali Black Rock Beach to swim with sea turtles and tropical fish! This was a wonderful condo and amazing location! We would definitely stay here again!

This is our second stay at Makani Sands and we are already looking forward to returning. This is an excellent location and a reasonably priced condo.
We are a family of 6 with adult children. This rental worked great for us because it was very spacious and we enjoyed spending a lot of time on the lanai enjoying the ocean view. It was also fun to swim in the ocean at the resort during low tide. We saw lots of turtles. The finishes at the property were not very updated, but the spaciousness and cleanliness made up for it. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly.
We were very pleased with the accommodations, the staff and the location. It is a beautiful spot on the water with activities for all ages. We couldn’t have asked for anything more and we are sure to return.
The ocean view was amazing! We enjoyed quite a few whale and sea turtle sightings from our balconies. The upkeep of the property is great.
What a great week at Makani Sands! We had plenty of space for our extended family of 7 adults and a toddler. It was nice to have easy access to the ocean for snorkeling and a breathtaking view from the lanais for so much whale watching. The condo was exactly as pictured and the property staff was friendly, accommodating, and very helpful 11/10 would stay again with a large group!
